Singers usually listen to click-tracks or they put it in so they can hear themselves because in bigger or open concert halls it's hard to hear yourself.
When you put it in you literally hear nothing of the stuff the audience is shouting/screaming at you... you usually only hear the band on one soundtrack and your own voice on the other or both on both.
@@dinabudraj-prashad7907 sure? bc i always associate the long island accent with like the most American American english if you know what i mean lol. and i think she sounded kinda different than how she normally speaks and pronounces some words. but perhaps that's just my crazy ears lol.
💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 pure amazing emotional talent. Idk how in the world this hasn't gotten more likes. Hands down best cover of Creep ever. And yes, I've heard Hailey Reinhart and I LOVE her. But the emotion here. Not to mention talent. Is amazing. LOVE!!!
The emotion she puts in it is what makes it one of the best covers out there
Saw her in Seattle. Second row. Amazing. I'm getting goosebumps all over again...
I just saw this tour last night at Red Rocks and this was one of my favorite parts. Great cover.

What is with the earpiece? It's not a mic or anything or what would she be listening to in it?
Singers usually listen to click-tracks or they put it in so they can hear themselves because in bigger or open concert halls it's hard to hear yourself.
She has the band sound in her ear so there is no delay or reverb from the normal band sounds with it maybe rebounding against the walls and audience
When you put it in you literally hear nothing of the stuff the audience is shouting/screaming at you... you usually only hear the band on one soundtrack and your own voice on the other or both on both.
She sings it better then the band that made it 7 years ago
+Emily Edits 7 Years ago? It was released 22 years ago tomorrow...
She does it well but you should hear Aaron Tveitt do it.
Am I the only one who thinks she's doing like a tiny little British accent? Only slightly but definitely there... or am I just going crazy lol?
she's from long island, so it's probably the long island accent

@@ida_kll0416 doubt it, i've more associated long island/new york talk with the more british-sounding accents
@@dinabudraj-prashad7907 lol i'm just lost af haha.
@@ida_kll0416 lmao she's actually super bad at british accents, so much that it's hilarious
Ужас. Как бездарно

I've never respected her more. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
There's just something wrong about beautiful, slim, successful people singing this song!
even beautiful, slim, successful people feel insecure on the inside. You cannot judge a book by its cover.
