I wholeheartedly agree with you. They should really be ashamed of themselves for lying on Michael and to us. They need to take responsibility for what they did; and what they did is horrible. These people have no integrity whatsoever. Their not that smart either; how are you going to try to destroy the legacy of the greatest entertainer & the most famous person the world has ever known. Especially, with him being innocent; did they not know that the truth always come out. It's sickening what they tried to do to Michael and yes they need to go to prison for the lies they told, and being perjurer's as well.

that is also because the judge in Wade´s civil lawsuit said Wade had perjured himself. Wade had said that he only knew about the existence of MJ Estate in 2013 ( to get around the statue of limitations) while an email proved he had known them since 2011. The judge chose to leave his testimony out because no rational trier could believe his sworn statement.

2005 verdict did'nt please the forces of evil. They reopened MJ’s trial without him, using perversity to erase his name from the history of music. The two actors of LN film are just pawns. We face deliberate intention to destroy the legacy of an artist who had stormed the music industry for more than 50 years and whose notoriety beyond death hinders some interests. #MJINNOCENT

The young guy talking about social media doesn't speak for everyone, if he does we're in trouble. Learn to think for your self and be a critical thinker because we have always been a society that pressures others to fit norms and fit into majority. Today we have social media which changes the environment of the game but not the game. The greatest tool university can give you is the ability to research and be a critical thinker, otherwise it has failed you.

I think too much emphasis is laid on hearing both sides. But we forget about the intentions of the director dan reed, in this case making Michael appear guilty, can overshadow whatever the other side has to say. And so make people believe what he wants them to believe. An example of such a documentary is " Michael Jackson 's boys"
To me the whole film is not about the truth but a propaganda against Michael.

Thank you so much for your excellent work. All your aspects and facts regarding LN is very good information and shows a lot of the problems that come with such a movie. In my point of view there is a huge danger, if Reed, Safechuck and Robson are not sued and don't have to pay for the damages they have caused, the whole legal system, judgements, legal decisions are worthless. The law enforcement and the judge dismissed Safechuck and Robson based on evidence and facts. If someone comes afterwards and makes a movie with the wrong facts and information to manipulate the mass of people, is overpowering the legal system of America. There will be copy cats, they accuse someone of money, like Safechuck and Robson, make a movie that is full of lies and contradictions to get the money. People have to be protected that a filmmaker can say whatever he wants about accused people. Michael was acquitted innocent. The other point is that the defamation of character has to be for deceased people as well. If I imagine this kind of thing would happen to my brother or father is so upsetting. There has to be a boundary that dead people have to be respected and protected because they are not here to defend themselves. I also think that Reed's movie was propaganda for paedophilia, it showed a complete and distorted version, almost pornographic. It was almost as if Safechuck and Robson enjoyed everything, they talk about sex, not abuse, or they talk about a relationship and love and not how the real victim of sexual abuse would talk about their perpetrator. They have used Michael Jackson's name for their fantasies. Actually really sick and it should have never been shown to the public. It was an evil plan to extort money from the Estate and Michael's family.

There’s always a lot money involved with MJ’s name attached. What a damn shame! Michael was always innocent and was proven innocent period. He can’t defend himself so what’s the point of bringing up old shit that he was proven innocent for. People don’t understand the reason of why Michael made music. He wanted to help people, especially children and make a change in this cruel world. It’s all common sense to me. MJ was an angel and was too pure and didn’t deserve any of this. Crazy how and what people would do for money and fame. It’s so heartbreaking! Micheal is the victim in all this. They tried so hard to bring him down and try to destroy his legacy but his true fans are loyal and will always love him no matter what because we all know the real truth. Everyone that ever lied about Michael deserve to be in jail. Did we not forget that the FBI investigated Michael for over a decade and found nothing.

However, he was quite happy to record the testimonies of those who were hostile to Michael Jackson, stood to make millions of Dollars from a successful prosecution and hence had a major conflict of interest. Leaving Neverland was a blatant strategy to influence public opinion and strengthen support for criminal prosecution. Michael Jackson was acquitted on all counts and yet Dan Reed was allowed to bring on an expert in child molestation to talk generally about child abusers, provoke emotions and imply guilt without proving it with actual facts. In many ways, left-wing Brits are far more vicious and manipulative than US leftists.

I've never really gotten the whole sheep mentality. I mean, I understand how it works..but I've always found it quite distasteful and repellent to follow the crowd just because. It seems, to me, like the stupidest thing to do just because others are doing it. Perhaps my inclination stems from not giving a sh*t what other people think or about being popular.
As for the mockumentary...it was disgusting what they (those involved) did and why they did it, but, on the other hand, it only serves to make Michael Jackson's case stronger and lends him more credibility as a direct result of the accusers illustrating their lack of credibility. It also finally exposes Oprah to the mass public for the deceitful, two-faced woman that she always has been and the great level of integrity that she so clearly lacks. Perhaps now, people will finally start looking at the actual facts instead of just jumping on the bandwagon and assuming Michael was guilty simply because "everyone" said it and it was taken as gospel.

“Victim blaming” and “listen and believe” are just ways for people to say “Don’t question my lies just accept whatever I tell you as truth even if you know better”. It’s bullshit. Pointing out lies and inconsistencies is not victim blaming, it is hearing both sides and finding the truth in the middle. If someone ever tells me a story and says I can’t ask any questions about it then I know their story is a lie.

I was open to MJ being both innocent and guilty even though he has inspired me more than I can say and possibly saved my life. Still I was open to either scenario. After diving into all the information and also 'feeling up' MJ. I feel I now have a clearer view of all of this and have also gotten to know MJ even deeper as the person I am today. And I am convinced he is innocent. But I think it's important to not let our feelings make us jump to conclusions with these things...

Can HBO get sued for making a film about child pornograhy.
The details that are expressed throughout the film when telling the story is not something people want to hear.
If it were true I doubt they want the world to know that there arse was licked ect
With many effidence in the past few months shedding true facts about the lies told in this film can they get sued for child porn because the script is so detailed.
Take MJ out of it, is something like this film allowed to be aired???
Can a victim in society who has watched this film sue HBO because it is fictional and upset them when viewing?
Watching this film would cause real victims to go back to their own trauma so the fact that this film was presented as a documentary and all viewers went in knowing this but for a month later to find out it is a film and about money can HBO get sued for damages?

    • @tulayamalavenapi4028
      @tulayamalavenapi4028 5 років тому +3

      Sure HBO can be sued.
Michael Jackson had them sign a legal document that has no limitations, thus whether he passed on is not a factor.
It's called CONFIDENTIALITY PROVISIONS, and it's available to read.
HBO is in violation in many ways, yet they are now fabricating rubbish rebuttals and claims to this factual and legally binding contract.
Their arguments are fictional. For example do you think the Emancipation Proclamation is invalid today because slavery was abolished?
Do you think the Constitution has expired because it was written so long ago?
These are the fallacies in HBO's arguments.
Here's a sample of the CONFIDENTIALITY PROVISIONS:
      (Notice "AT ANY TIME")
"HBO SHALL NOT IN ANY MANNER, NOR AT ANY TIME, (EITHER DURING OR AFTER HBO'S contact or HBO'S relationship with Licensor or Performer), USE OR DISCLOSE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, EVEN IN THE COURSE OF CASUAL DISCUSSIONS, TO ANYONE OTHER THAN REPRESENTATIVES OF LICENSOR, or other persons designated by LICENSOR, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED INFORMATION (the Confidential information): any information, data, documents or materials of any other kind or nature in any way related to Performer from any source or for any reasons, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, as acquired by HBO in the course of HBO's contact with Licensor and Performer."

    • @dylangibbons8434
      @dylangibbons8434 5 років тому +3

@@tulayamalavenapi4028 awesome! Thank you for your time and reply.
If it unfolds and is revealed that this film is fictional in time to come can real life survivors also sue.
I say this because they would have to revisit their own darkness of past when viewing it as a documentary but for it to come out later as just a film is somewhat mocking all survivors.
That's if it is completely proven and a confession is told by one of the accusers that it was made up.
I'd imagine it would be HBO in trouble in terms of getting sued because they hired the director and didn't fact check it themselves.

When you’ve got a Harvard University student admitting that he and the majority of his peers take social media news at face value and believe it without looking into it any further there really isn’t much hope for the future lol, it’s only going to get a whole lot worse where trial by media is concerned.
I would expect a Harvard student to have a little more common sense than to take everything the media says as fact. At least he’s honest about it but things need to change drastically and a lot of people need to wise up to the fact that the media are not about truth, but rather what sells and grabs attention.

I'm not sure if MJ is innocent or guilty... I lean more towards him being innocent but can't say so with 100% certainty. However, the scriptures do tell us that a shrewd or wise person sees trouble coming and hides but a naive person suffers the consequences because they can't see the danger (Proverbs 22:3). If MJ was allowing himself to be left alone with other people's kids, that wasn't good. I have befriended kids over the years. I did everything within my power to avoid being left alone with them and had someone else present, be it their parent, older sibling or my adult friend to avoid the kind of situation MJ is now in i.e. no credible eyewitnesses to attest to his innocence. No one in this earth deserves to be slandered and lied upon but we shouldn't contribute to a situation where we could be...especially if we're rich like MJ. It could attract gold diggers. It works both ways though, parents shouldn't leave their kids unsupervised with people they don't even know well which W and J mothers clearly did... sorry, I know what I'm saying unpopular but have to keep it real.
