The Devi Ever US Fuzz is an ultra-smooth fuzz pedal with a startlingly unique velcro decay that can leap out of the mix and surprise even the most experienced of fuzz connoisseurs. As with other Devi Ever pedals, it can be used for a variety of applications, including bass and vocals. The Devi Ever US Fuzz is housed in a rock solid mxr-styled stomp box, with two knobs. The volume knob provides both subtle and substantial gain. The control knob affects not only the fuzz character, but also the intensity. When the control knob is turned all the way clockwise, for example, experience an utterly unique fuzz tone that sounds with an astonishing feedback decay that sputters and coughs with some surprising results. Imagine your greatest fat rock riff sputtering through an AM radio and thumping you in the chest at the same time. The Devi Ever US Fuzz remains smooth throughout its broadcast, however, maintaining a singing quality you would not expect from such a fierce fuzz pedal.
sounds awesome
it can't be a fuzz demo without a bit of josh, well done andy
LOVEEEEEEEEEE the Jethro openning
There can NEVER be too many fuzzes.
pretty cool :)
I'd love to see Devi stack a TP with the US Fuzz in one pedal. That would be a very ideal combo.
You could get that sputter with any fuzz by soldering in a voltage kill knob by the battery connects.
@wirelessrock Thank you, that was our own Jamie using a ZVez Fuzz Factory.
PGS
Devi Ever + tone knob would be awesome.
I thought I was sold on the Death By Audio Fuzz War because of the texture and noise gate. This one has that, and an awesome decay to boot...
@blablalollol The 90, or the Shoegazer, which is a Soda Meiser and a Torn's Speaker rolled into one pedal
@moucon Garage Rock.
Wow doing new Them Crooked Vultures i see andy :)
@cpkelley You don't need to do that, you can build a voltage attenuator pedal EXTREMELY easily which will work as long as the pedal has a 9v jack, which can be added to a battery-power only pedal easily as well.
She stopped making them for a little while, but she's been making them full time the past couple years now. PGS just doesn't sell them anymore.
Check Prymaxe Vintage, Jrr Shop, or Rogue guitar shop. They usually have most of her pedals in stock and she's always building more.
@VolvicApfelmann yeah big muff pi for sure
Caligulove!
The EHX Big Muff Pi, man. Try the Russian and USA versions side by side to see which one you like more.
Hey, PGS, hit Devi up and start stocking her pedals again.
all three of those sounds are very different, ig do deep trip for hendrix
Another great demo! I have a question for PGS crew: can this pedal if added to another distortion like big muff (and if the guitar is put in front of the amp speaker) produce noisy feedback? or should I chose a non-gated fuzz?
I could say the same for Visual Sound's "Jekyll&Hide". Why you would ever need another dist/OD/fuzz pedal after that is beyond me :]
@kkdav1 out of curiosity, what is a fuzz box that you do like? or do you just not like fuzz?
I think it would be great if Pro-Guitar Shop did some bass guitar videos with these fuzz pedals and some others. Just a note for the suggestion box. Keep up the great work otherwise!
is that Caligulove I hear at 2:30?
PGS! I need your help, I want a fat, really fat, the fattest devi fuzz there is to play like nirvana stuff and so on witch would you recommend?
I got this, and it has very little low end, kinda made me sad
@blablalollol She just came out with something called the '90... maybe that?
@blablalollol
Devi Ever Bit!
Get out the Tull!!
Yeah, they certainly have some neat pedals, but they aren't quite my cup of tea.
how many weird fuzzboxes can one company release? I dunno *shrug*
Devi stopped building pedals.
fantittytastic andy
"unique velcro decay" ...
