looks like a great place for a family reunion vacation. Not just a beautiful villa that's big enough for the entire extended family, but fantastic amenities as well.
This looks incredible for bigger groups. We were a group of 14 adults and stayed at an airbnb for about $1,800 a night for a holiday weekend, but this seems like such a better alternative with all these amenities! We also had a terrible time with parking at the airbnb
Happy Tuesday! WOW! This is awesome and something my family would love to stay in next time we visit Orlando Florida. I love this! Thanks so much for sharing! ❤
Thank you Dev for the tour of Evermore but I like more of a traditional style vacation home like those with Element Vacation homes in the Encore Subdivision in Orlando. Those homes have more character and don't seem so "stiff and plain". However, I did enjoy your vlog. Keep up the good work by bringing these types of resorts, parks and activities to those that don't live in Florida 😊😊
This is nice I feel like they could have offered more for what they are charging I wish we could build affordable homes like this for people who are struggling
@@shahjehan I looked at a 3 and 4 bedroom house for 5 people for 6 nights in March and the prices ranged from $7,500- $10,300, which I found to be absolutely insane, and the regular hotel rooms were over $700 a night, which is Disney Deluxe pricing. In comparison, I could book a 4 bedroom house at Margaritaville with a private pool and hot tub for a little over $3,000 for the week.
I've noticed everyone doing videos of the Flats and houses and even the Conrad, what about the inside of the "newly renovated villas"? The old Grand Cypress. Can you see if they will allow you to do a tour on the inside of those whenever you have your stay there?
Those sent bad prices for ppl who travel deep to have vacation. I’ve seen family trips to Disney of 20 ppl. Cheaper than staying at a hotel. Plus it’s cheaper than staying at a downer hotel, and the group does t have to split up. If multiple adults are sharing in on the price it’s really not a bad deal at all.
Not a good sign it's still as empty as when you last visited. What's the point in having that massive pool if you rope off the swimming areas into only the smaller shallow sections? And for all that money they can't even heat it? They should get rid of the boat/kayak rental nonsense (lagoon is not big enough to enjoy that stuff), lift the lagoon swimming restrictions, and turn it into one giant pool with floats. I can't wait to see this overpriced imitation luxury beach resort fail and have to lower pricing and allow day guests in for the pool.
do you know if evermore owns all the homes and apartments or are they individually owned similar to margaritaville resorsts where people can buy the villas
This is just too expensive for what you get. The cheapest rooms are $500-$600 a night (more after all those hidden resort fees). The beach swimming area is super small compared to how many people can stay at one time. I honestly see this more for business trips where the business pays for the entire thing. I guess if you have 4 other family members that can afford to split the bill on the bigger houses, it would be fun. But for the majority of us, I still dont see the value. Can you imagine paying for such an expensive house to have to park and walk a block to your house? Imagine lugging groceries.

Wow! Thank you Dev for another great tour! Love it❤
You're the best!😊
Wowza! I hope you can stay somewhere on property there this summer and show us how packed that lagoon gets!
I got you!

Staying in the flats next week for a golf trip. I hope all the restaurants are open by then.
These vacation homes are amazing
Absolutely beautiful!! What a great tour and something to consider.
Wow thanks for the tour! Very nice and upscale 😃
It is so good to be back at Evermore!!!
Thank you for the awesome content, loved both videos and will be booking a stay at Evermore soon.
Devo, wow what a place l live in Tampa l will definitely be going there
What a great concept. Absolutely love this!
Wow! Dev, It's Beautiful. 👍👍👍👍 Excellent Video. 🙂🙂🙂🙂.
I would only be able to afford one or two nights 😭
Good morning Dev happy Wednesday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
Great video Dev. That place will do very well 👍🏻
We had lunch at Papaya’s this past weekend. Beautiful resort
Fantastic! Thanks Dev 😎👍
yep im sold on this. looking at the site now thank!
This is nice I feel like they could have offered more for what they are charging I wish we could build affordable homes like this for people who are struggling
I did some research on this and the prices seem reasonable too!
This is so awesome. You sold me on this for the next trip!
Did you see the actual pricing for these? The cost is astronomical.....
@laurad2442 I found it reasonable compared to Premium on-site resort hotels. We usually book 3 rooms now I just need one house.

@laurad2442 I'm not sure what you saw but I saw trips between $3500 to $5200 for my planned trip. Agree to disagree.
@@shahjehan Okay, good luck with your trip!

Ty for sharing this Dev u classy gentleman

Nice homes 🏡 I want to be there now 😩
It's a space large enough to accommodate a few families or a small reunion but it's definitely not luxury. It is priced right for what you get.
Wow looks awesome ❤
Hi Dev, there was too much noise, I could hardly hear you. It was a shame you could go round the 2 homes by yourself. Cheers Dave
Great video Dev. How far is this from CityWalk?
Hay Prince Charming dev like Orlando evermore video enjoy yourself big fan hugs❤
Rooms show alot cheaper on their website. Beautiful resort!
Thanks for the video! 🤩 How much are the flats?
I think they did it for standard time. But once we move to daylight savings time in a few days, it’ll be later.
This is really nice 👍
Beautiful. It’s just not affordable.
Way overpriced when you can get just as nice vacation homes outside of this resort for a fraction of the price.
Like Margaritaville!
😮😮😮😮😮 amazing so beautiful

Wouldn't be empty if they lowered the prices alot
I just went. It wasn’t empty. Also they still aren’t not 100% done with everything. This is a 5 star resort that why they charge those prices.
Wow thanks dev
Lifestyle of the Rich. I'll keep staying at Disney.
How much were the flats per night? Thanks for the video.
The flats start around $611 per night.
It's nice but not 2k a night nice for me. Feels soulless.
The pricing is ridiculously insane....
Nice, but very pricey!!
What’s the cheapest flat a night to the most expensive flat for a night? At the evermore.
do you know if evermore owns all the homes and apartments or are they individually owned similar to margaritaville resorsts where people can buy the villas
Evermore owns everything. I believe you can purchase a vacation home but Evermore will continue to be in charge.
@@PCDev thanks for replying good sir
Love that chain bro where did you get it?
Who can afford this?😂Beautiful place
Need plenty of $$$$$$ to enjoy those homes, Disney much cheaper….❤️🌴
Very expensive to anybody stay his for rich people
Too rich for my blood! I’ll keep my DVC!
Darn, went to the website and they have a glaring TYPO. 😢

Wonderful just to expensive for a average family of 4
This place is basically for rich people who don't want to mingle with the poor class of society when they are on vacation or business. 😆
Overpriced place that still have pool limits.. Beautiful, but no thanx
