- Nadi Shodhana Pranayama : Also known an alternate nostril breathing, is a powerful practice that balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, harmonizing logic and intuition-symbolizing the union of Shiva (masculine) and Shakti (feminine) energies. This balance represents the harmony of action and intuition within us. By clearing the energy channels-Ida Nadi (feminine, lunar energy) and Pingala Nadi (masculine, solar energy)-Nadi Shodhana activates the Sushumna Nadi, the central channel through which Kundalini energy rises, enabling profound inner transformation and spiritual awakening.
Breath Of Fire : This breathwork generates heat in the body, stimulates the lower chakras, and purifies energy channels to awaken dormant energy.
Alkaline Breath : This breathwork balances the heat generated during intense breathwork and Kundalini practices, preventing energy overload.
Om Namah Shivaya Chant - This mantra is considered to be the king of all mantras. The intelligent field of conscious energy of which the universe is made, and concentrates into the dense form we know of as matter, is represented by the Lord Shiva. Shiva is the totality.
