Hey Arcus, I just had a thought and figured I'd post it as a comment to your latest vid: Have you ever thought about giving speedrunning tutorials? I'm talking like... take some of these games you do runs of, and go through, bit by bit, teaching the basic speedrun strats - nothing fancy. You've got this good 'Bob Ross' vibe, and I think people might be interested to hang out with the vids and try out the strats with you. Just a chill vibe where like 'it's okay if it's not perfect, but this is what you're going to try to do in this speedrun.' And you do a bunch of classic games like Castlevania, Metroid, etc. I dunno, I just had this idea and thought I'd post it in the comments to one of your vids to see what you thought. ~Cheers
Hey Arcus, I have a tip for one of your speedruns. If you don't mind... Burrito Speedrun 13.97 sec... You should set out the toppings like you did, but you need to use BOTH hands to grab toppings. If you rewatch, you will notice one hand is just idle, holding the tortilla for no reason. I bet you could save 2 seconds! At least!
whatever you say, I believe Big20 races are rigged there's just so much to train in these games AND you have to get RNG in your favor just no way the top 5 results are always so far ahead and now they don't even show you the details.
