Totoo naman pinag sasasabi ni ate. Ang dami naming napuntahan during the time na bibili kami ng bahay pero ito lang sulit. Yung ibang offering kasi 2M na pero 2 BR lang wlang garage and wlang dibisyon. Yung ibang bahay naman ang lalayo na sobra.. Kaya nung nag pa appraise kami ng bahay to know if nag increase nga ang value, it did. from 1M na 3BR 2CR 1CARPORT nung 2011, its now 2.6M na. Yung mga negosyo na ang lumalapit sa Lancaster like SM.
Ang pinaka gusto ko na nangyari when Lancaster came is nabuhay yung mga negosyo sa paligid. Yung mga nalulugi had their second chance. Hindi lang kami nagkaron ng bahay, pati yung mga nsa paligid din nakikinabang.

Well Sir, sa laki ng development sa Lancaster almost 20,000 houses, hindi lahat ng homeowners bad ang review. Hindi lang nagoonline yung mga happy homeowners pero it shows naman po sa dami ng nakatira sa project at dami pa din ng nabili ng bahay dito na okay po dito sa Lancaster.
Tulad po namin, nakatira kami ng family ko sa Lancaster since 2016 and happy at satisfied kami sa nakuha namin bahay dito. Especially nung nadeveloped na ang buong area at tumaas lalo ang price value. Mas lalo po magmamahal ang mga bahay dito kapag naitayo na ang SM GEN TRIAS inside Lancaster.
I’m sure kapag natapos na itong mga developements inside Lancaster, sold out na po dito. Baka maisip po ninyo “Sayang hindi ako nakakuha dito”.

Because it’s not yet ripe for selling. Wait ninyo magawa ang SM GENTRIAS then doon kayo magsell. I’m sure maguunahan ang buyer. Of course, dapat hindi mag overprice ng bahay dahil mahihirapan talaga kayo mag sell.

Ang downside lang kac dyan deep well Ang tubig..
Hi! For me, having deep well is not a downside. Few advantages of having deep well:
1) Round the clock supply of water - malakas ang water supply and never nagkaroon ng mahinang supply ng tubig dito sa Lancaster
2) Low Water Rate per cubic - mababa at affordable ang per cubic rate ng tubig dito sa Lancaster
hindi naman nawawalan ng tubig dahil sa shortage.
