I personally am not a sabian cymbal guy, like you, I like bigger and dark washy cymbals, even that I don''t own, but I want! But when I saw this video, I was like this could be a good solution for our church, we are not a small church, but not the biggest either, still some complain about the cymbals, but the sound of the cymbals are just not nice to hear, especially the ride! But I know those will help other people! I have never owned or played Istanbul Agop before, but I know with research and hearing many play it, those are the cymbals that fit to me! But the Zildjian K customs dark still work good for our Church! #Heartbeforethebeat
God bless! Much love to you all!😇😎😊

Hans Kristian Floden hey, so I play Istanbul Agops, by the sound of it You should get some Istanbul’s, the issue with K-Customs is they can really stick out of Worship Music unless you know how to play them right, and their loud so there bad for a smaller church setting, get Istanbul Agop, they’re wonderful for any size church, and all Worship Music, no matter how played.

Thanks for the informative video. I personally like a brighter cymbal for my P&W drumming. And plus, I tend to break the thinner cymbals. Which is not good for my church's budget! Lol! God Bless!

Curtis copeland depends on how you hit the cymbal they shouldn’t break for a long time if they do it simply being hit to hard

Little off topic, but what is your reasoning behind the missing tension rods on your floor tom? I'm dying to know. Thank you for your review and demonstration.

DUDE U HAVE THE EYES OF AN EAGLE !! GOOD POINT. THAT TOM SOUNDS PRETTY LOW AND FLAT. PROBABLY THAT IS THE SOUND HE IS AFTER. AN ALMOST TOTALLY DEAD DRUMHEAD.

SUPER late response, I didn't get notifications of these comments but I'll respond anyways ;) So that floor tom is actually an old ludwig marching snare drum that I bought for super cheap and converted it so that I could have 2 floor toms. I left off half the tension rods because due to it being a marching snare there are I think 10 lugs on each head and with them all on I couldn't get it to the lower pitch that I wanted even with all the lugs super loose. So I cut the tension in half and was able to find the pitch I wanted :) like Gustavo said though, great eyes!

Nice demo, but I certainly wish he would have ridden the cymbal with the tip of the stick with perhaps for example a jazz pattern or something and not bashing it all the time

Still A little to bright, for churches I reckon. Nice cymbals and idea though.

The lingo is starting to run together a bit. Rides, bell, hi-hats, toms... okay. Still learning.

Your awesome man, but in my opinion Sabians horrible, id recommend you try Istanbul, but if that’s the true Cymbals you like you go for it. God bless you,
Keep drumming and praising the lord!
