I started mine today, the film. My first dose was a big change. I felt it, and instantly stopped sweating and everything. I know eveyone is different. But i can tell this is the best thing for me. I hope eveyone gives it a try.

Also what drugs were you using?? Fentanyl and H are completely different I think Fetty is worse if sticks to your fat cells
I think pwd happens more with fentanyl than heroin. I had a horrible reaction after taking 2mg suboxone to get rid of withdrawal from fentanyl. I had done the same with heroin without a problem but with fentanyl, my ears began ringing loudly in a few minutes, dollowed by dizziness, extreme anxiety, the inability to sit still, skin burning and freezing at the same time... horrible is the best word. That experience has kept me from a return down that road again. It was life changing... it was that bad. I considered going to the hospital but knew they wouldn't be able or willing to help, so I just suffered it out. Never again. I have read similar stories from fentanyl users so maybe is a metabolite causing the problem.
I’m right there with you homie I waited 2.5 days like I was told to. Took half a strip and then another strip went into full fucking precipitated withdrawal ! It was horrible I couldn’t fucking walk, I was stumbling and it was just pure HELL!! Ended up in the ER.
I wish I knew about these different methods before then. Didn’t feel normal until like day 4 or so.

Here in connecticut you can go once a month to get methadone once you build up a good status with your clinic

Especially w fetty I’ve heard of ppl going into pwd even after crazy amounts of time like 72 hours.. don’t know how long the half life is you gotta go on how ur feeling

Yeah I waited 72 hours after my last fentanyl dose. I was definitely in full withdrawal and the suboxone still sent me into precipitated withdrawal. It was awful. I'm still not sure how long one is supposed to wait.

It didn't me neither.... It takes at least a week for myself to start feeling normal. We have to be completly honest with our doctors. It allows them to be able to properly dose us, whether it's to up it or lower it. I know exactly how you felt. It was worst feeling then ever coming off herion and other street drugs. They begin us on Subutex for the first 4 days then move us to Suboxone. Does your doctor offer congnitive behavior therapy? That is also key with the MAT meds.
Yea I didn’t know what to expect. It was rough in the beginning for sure but it’s so much better now
@@danielsinrecovery yes! I am 2.5 years into treatment after 10 years of first painkillers(from surgery) and graduated to herion the last 5. Congratulations to you for making the step into recovery. It does get alot easier and you will see the fruit of all your labor. But from recovery to a another there are still hurdles we have to overcome. I personally am in a rut. Thankfully I haven't relapsed because I keep telling myself that will solve absolutely anything. Just remember, it's okay to admit we aren't okay. Don't hesitate to reach out and be sure to create an action and network! I have found reaching out and helping others has really been great for me and yourself as well.

i hate watching videos with people who don't do drug letting us know yea they give us info about the withdrawal but I like to hear from a user instead to know about experience its hard kicking it at home but medical treatment is the way but who can cover expenses for treatment center

Not everyone is the same. My nephew got total relief on the 1st dose
You sound like you're the type that metabolizes drugs at a much slower rate.
24 hours off of short acting opiates typically doesn't throw people into precipitated withdraw when they take Suboxone, but again not everyone is the same.
The literature will say 12-24 hours after fast acting opiates before starting Suboxone, but twice as long for long acting opiates such as methadone, and 8 hours being in precipitated withdraw is also not typical either.
I would just about bet, like I said, that you are a slow drug metabolizer.
It’s the fentanyl… nothing is pure anymore. U can still go into pw after 72 hours because of fentanyl
I didn’t feel relief from subs for 5 days either and I was using fentanyl, it has to build up in your system. Depends on the amount of drugs you were using and what drugs. Oxycodone, hydro is literally nothing compared to h or fent

Interesting. The first day on subs I still felt kinda shitty, but it was tolerable, but I felt great after my 2nd full day on subs. I came from a 225+ mg a day oxy habit though, so maybe it's different for H.

Yeah Oxy is different fentanyl and maybe H is whole other beast. Fentanyl is the worst. You can’t wait 24 hours you gotta wait like damn near 4-5 days which is impossible. That’s why u micro dose or Bernese method.
Oxy is easier to transition off of
Get tru day 1 and 2. Day 3 will be almost normal. From day 4 the challenge will begin not to take more of suboxone than it is prescribed

How much of whatever were you using before starting suboxone?
I ask because I was using over a gram of heroin a day & prescribed 16mg buprenorphine. But my first sub was street bought & I self dosed at 4mg for the longest time but never felt 100% better until I got a legit script for 16mg.
Also my doctor gave me Subutex bc that's what I was used to for years. Anytime I took suboxone I got sick to my stomach & never stopped craving. I've been on Subutex legitimately for 2 years now & got my 30 day script the day I went for my 1st appointment.
I used 1 1/2 - 2 grams heroin per day. im on 16mg as well.

Crazy bc here in Missouri, they do the Induction at the clinic and the clinic has a pharmacy in it so u don't have to go get it and come back to start Induction. Then they give u a week supply so that gives u time to find a Dr to work with ur needs and find the right dose for u. My first script my first appointment after Induction was a week's work. 2nd Dr appointment a week later was 2 weeks worth of subs. He wants me to take 6 MG a day but fuk that. I was back to 100% only 3 days after being on subs. So now I only use 2 to 3 MG a day a weeks and a half later after Induction and I'm fine. And this is from the coming off blue m 30s from Mexico. Also I withdrawed for about 48 hrs b4 starting subs. And this was my first time ever withdrawing
I stopped 16 hrs before i took my first sub strip....wrong thing to do...I was in withdrawal for almost five days....pure hell..worst withdrawals of my life...

It’s all these stupid fet analog half lives... I come from Baltimore and am about to be 30. Back in the day just straight dope and u could use your subs after 24. Hours and it was a perfect fix. Then taper that. Maybe switch to kratom, taper that then good to gooo baybay. But now, no such luck

Guys, the Fenty to Sub mix is not good.( Nether is Methadone or Heroin cut with Fenty). A MUCH better way to go is to get your hands on some authentic Oxy’s (not shitty Fenty knock offs) and switch to those for a few days at least (the longer the better to get the Fenty/Methadone/Tainted H out of your system). It’s not easy, but it’s eaiser then jumping from Fenty to Subs. High quality Kratom can help as well, to round off some of the edges during the sub induction phase. Good luck-

@Richy Milly I’ve never tried MitraMan. He has quality stuff? I was only able to get nice Kratom from a friend of a friend of a friend. I don’t even know who the guy was 😂. Every store I tired in town was bunk, none of it worked..I think they repackage Green Tea and sell it as Kratom😂
