    Dont think he was cheating .. he played some good moves and his puzzle rating is over 2000
    It can be common to just double check obvious moves. Nelson does it him self.
    His account is still active.

    In the crucial position of the cheater loss how about Moving knight to A6 ? Looks to me like it neutralizes the attack.

    29:08 why not go for bishop d6? Protects u from fork and u keep the pawn so the bishop can’t discovered check

    I still feel like I'm missing something with that loss, what act was the other player doing that constitutes cheating?

    • @mtnation2923
      @mtnation2923 11 місяців тому +4

      I mean his time management was crazy good, he took too long for obvious moves like taking the free bishop with check, he found crazy tactics, and most of all he made an NM look like a fool with a rating of 1500.

    • @christianfrost8660

      @@mtnation2923 You are missing my question, all that might suggest cheating, but how was he cheating? Did he have the World Chess Champion on the phone telling him what moves to make? What was he doing that could be called cheating?

      Time management gave me hints of cheating. I am 1200 rapid, playing Jobava London too (exactly the lines played, learnt in Hans Nieman's Chessable course), I had all tactics used be Nelson's opponent. BUT clearly the endgame was too slow for obvious moves.

    • @allball8014

      Every move was the best move, with consistent intervals. Like he pre planned the knight move then when pawn takes it should be immediately check and queen capture. And the guy said he was cooking rice all while playing like this, he cheated lol.

    39:44 This line is in Hans Nieman's chessable course. It is double edge but I had loads of great wins in this position. If Black plays normally, he is in a lot of troubles. If Black knows theory and White does a single mistake, it's the end of the game in a few moves (I had a lot of great loss that way).
    Anyway this opponent surely cheated in the endgame (time management a bit too suspicious), but anyone who bought the course or looked at Lichess database can come up with this line. (I am only 1200 rapid and knew tactics used wich are really thematics)

      The amazing tactical strength of this player is far beyond 1482 level. Made an NM look like a patzer with incredible tactical play. His time management also definitely gives it away.

    • @luisyfonsy711
      @luisyfonsy711 11 місяців тому +1

      You might know this line, which is rare for a 1400. But intentionally hanging the pawn because of the tactical response Nb5. His tactical strength is also far beyond a level of 1400, it might as well have been like Hikaru nakamura or something playing on that account if it wasn't an engine.

    12:49 if he instead of moving his queen went bishup to b5 he would be able to pin your rook and that's winning?

    You lose, you report your opponent for cheating.
