It's awesome to see where he's gotten. Still remember watching his audition like 5 years ago on so you think you can dance. Robert was the person who got me into hiphop and popping. Will support this guy no matter what! Onya Robert!

You are the only dancer from SYTYCD that I remember, & that was just an audition! Always hoped you'd make it in the bigtime :) Your talent is mesmerizing. You have something so different - it is pure enjoyment to watch. Transcendental!!!

Were you all NOT entertained?? Then what's the big ruckus? He expresses HIMSELF in a manner that brings a pasted-on smile to all who are free enough to enjoy it. Art, music and dance must be intrepeted through self-expression.
Muraine was the first and set a new bar at SYTYCD. Many have used him as their professional role model since and several have bettered him in one aspect or another.
The most entertaining whackiness, I loved it! Way to go Robert, you're one in a million :P

The kid had balls bigger than watermellons to not be a sellout on so you think you can dance. It just wasnt right for jim reguardless of the opportunity to 'be famous' and he bowed out. I respect the everliving fuck out of that.

this guy is amazing but Cirque doesn't showcase him properly. it would be much more entertaining if he were performing as a character exhibiting some sort of act, like a man turning into a robot as part of a factory incident, or something extra-dimensional like that

I thought this act kinda sucked.
Circus would be perfect for him to telle any story he would like to tell, with any character he would create, any lenght any music or lights
But traditional circus with 2min acts such as le Cirque de Demain are outdated and event if they are the still necessary and historic form of circus, traditional circus is marginal in nowday's creations. It's sad it's still the most known circus form (on purpose since they don't want to change or promoting modern circus)

still he has not a single foundation of popping in him (except for hits), but no groove, so he's not dancing. its just a bunch of tricks. there is no "dubstepdancing", it's simply popping with alot of eyecandy.

While I congratulate him for making a name for himself I must say that he has shown no growth in five years of dancing. He's still rehashing the same old tricks that he performed on SYTYCD. What's worse? He isn't remotely impressive in a street performance. Were he to come up against a real popper in a battle, he'd undeoubtedly get smoked like a BBQ. Just sayin'.
