    still remember when you used to do each valve block as a separate run, looks so much cleaner compared to what the green hornet had hahaha

      @D2iAuto  3 роки тому

      Still do it like that if it's requested, that's the difference between fast valves and slow if people want fast bags than it needs Individual valve assembly rather than a compact block :)

      Depends on your roadworthy person technically needs to be engineered but i make bolt in spring locators which bolt in the same way as bags and then you put the factory rubbers over them. Can be found here:

    Wouldn't you be better putting the water trap on the in side rather than out?

    • @D2iAuto

      No, the heat from the compressed air touching the cold tank is what creates condensation you want the water trap as close to the outlet as possible to filter the water out

    Can the kit you just installed be engineered at all?

    • @D2iAuto
      @D2iAuto  2 роки тому +1

      Not that exact kit no the bags, tank, compressor etc yes is all fine but the control can not be manual controls, you need autolevel (airlift, accuair, levelride) etc and can't be adjusted while in motion below 100mm so height sensors and handbrake lockout so manual adjustments and air out can only happen when handbrake is on

    Hi mate good vid , what do you wire your kill switch to... Pressure switch? Also do you use a 20 amp switch with 10gauge wire thanks

    • @D2iAuto
      @D2iAuto  2 роки тому

      Hey, thanks.
      The Killswitch is wired to cigar plug accessory turn on so it is live when the car is on, then that is wired directly to the pressure switch and then to the relay to turn the relay on then compressor power is with 6mm wire and a 30 amp circuit breaker but thats all dependant on what compressor setup you are using

    • @jacksonmiles4166
      @jacksonmiles4166 2 роки тому

      @@D2iAuto thanks for that , i have done everything else with the wiring, but im just struggling on how to set a kill switch into the system , i was hoping a 20 amp switch 3 prong i could connect 1 wire to battery positive, 1 to negative , and 1 to pressure switch ?

    • @D2iAuto
      @D2iAuto  2 роки тому

      @@jacksonmiles4166 majority of compressors will be over 20a I'd always use a relay anyway and then only switch low currents.
      Have a spst relay and then use the switch to trigger the pressure switch and then to the relay that's how the simple Killswitch would work or you can use the pressure switch to switch the ground connection to the coil of the relay and then the accessory wire use your switch between accessory and then trigger the positive side of the coil on the relay

    • @D2iAuto
      @D2iAuto  2 роки тому

      @@jacksonmiles4166 that's the relay you need to put a switch on to the trigger of the coil, I don't have a diagram sorry but the compressor relay should go to pressure switch so you need to either switch power to that pressure switch or to the relay coil itself depending on how your relay and pressure switch are already hooked up
