    I have HORRIBLE shimmy on 44T. I just overhauled the damper, but I need to shim it as it flops around all over the place.... Maybe after the great thaw..

    Let me pass on a tip. I don't grind the bushing flanges off, to risky can grind into the torque link or part. Instead tap threads in the bushing for a pipe plug or larger bolt to block the hole & just punch them out. You can used pipe plugs, bolts standard or metric whatever works on all size flange bushings & regular non flange bushings.
