Just saw these guys in Spokane and they tore it up. They said they never played in Spokane before, well what I think is no matter how long the journey it was, they were there and I was there and it was great. They gave a phenomenal tribute to a lost friend with "Halelujah" that i won't soon forget. My hat's off to you gentlemen, well done.

Fun fact: back in 2016 OLR reached out to my dad . My dad was the singer of Monroe brown back in early 2003-5. He wrote this song and sold it to them in 2016. The screaming you here in this version is actually my dad doing the screaming tracks for them when they bought the song.
Edit: my dad is Jason Culberson. Monroe brown was big in Albany GA/South Georgia scene. They would play at bars and smaller venues. “Whatever it takes” was the first album he wrote. If you don’t believe that that is his screaming look up Monroe brown on UA-cam and compare the screaming he does and this. This is a great “cover” , by OLR. The song was originally recorded and played in drop C instead of drop d. Much love to these guys!

I just heard this song for the first time and at the first chorus, I got goosebumps!! Cris Brown has the best vocals, in my opinion, in todays so-called music. OLR has always been amazing, but this one takes the cake and runs with it. Each album keeps getting better and better. Kudos OLR! Keep Rockin!!

Been following this band for some time now. Nice to see them moving forward, good songwriting complimented by a great voice.

the lead singer of this group is a real piece of work. they are orginally back from where I am from and i knew all of them then. so, after the band finally hit it big ol fat dog himself got rid of all the other bandmates to replace them them with the garbage ones he has now. way to go chris brown by turning your back on all those you made all of this possible for you, might be part of the reason the local scene you are from refuses to let these guys play.
