It was reported yesterday that they had arrested a 30 year old man but they qualified this by saying he wasnt the man in the photographs. It now seems however, that they've arrested that man, a 24 year old Columbian national earlier this morning.
So in fact they've arrested 2 men so far in connection with this case.

Possibly to Bristol gang members went to London to gang related activities quickly found them self in a spot of trouble and as a message from the London gang sent the body’s back to Bristol and left them on a well known Bristol monument

That dude was probably in the UK with a work or study visa and wouldn't have been sent to Rwanda in any circumstance. We don't generally have Latin American migrants in the UK unless they gained access through legit visas.
