For a lawn the size of his neighbors couldn’t imagine having any issues that I couldn’t maintain…these guys are lucky to have someone willing to help them with less than 1k square feet of grass
Yea my previous home now rental property my lawn was about 900 sq ft total and not one weed, but now I have over 22K sq ft talk about the work! My main issue is the soil being so acidic, sheesh.

Yo I just got the Petra DH5000 cart this week- holds 6/12 gal with 100 ft hose can also go on your back- Bought this b/c the video you did a week or so ago- Have a 6k yard was using 2 gall field kings had to fill it 3 diff times to finish yard- going to try your way and add more water to cover same sq ft- was going to get the HD4000 but got the 5000 instead to save my back hahaha- but it can also detach from the cart and go on as a backpack sprayer- hopefully doing it the way you showed I wont be so stressed out trying to perfect the walk now I can enjoy the spray- also it's very kind of u for helping out your neighbors n us on yt--

Scott knows what's up about OK lol I have a bermuda lawn (I BELIEVE) but I overseeded it with rye last year I am wondering if I throw down some tenacity if it will destroy my lawn since I believe the base lawn was bermuda lol

Make sure it doesn't kill your grass but I'm pretty sure t-zone selective herbicide (post emergent) can take care of goat head spike since there is 2,4-D in it.... just make sure your grass type works with T-zone ☺️🤙🏾

What made you decide to over-seed in spring instead of fall?
Just trying to decide how I want to do my yard this year. I’m torn myself.
Reno is hard in spring but I overseed in fall every season... thickens the lawn up nice for summer then I just keep spoon feeding with liquid Fert and water to keep it green all year long ☺️🤙🏾 Fall is when we can get crazy with renovations 😂🤙🏾

I got the 2 gallon petra, so it's lighter i can back it or hold it on the other hand...yeah, i have to fill it 2.5 times, but it's not that hard to make a slaw. :) I'm potentially sorry for your loss?

I got a question, can you put grass seeds out the same time as you put out weed and feed?
You can put down that Scotts Fert with the crabgrass preventer but not your normal weed and feed... the Scotts Fert with crabgrass preventer is meant for seeding ☺️🤙🏾
