I just recently attended the Eden Alternative Project. As an Activity Assistant in a Nursing Home we do things everyday that take away from the Residents. We take away their choices and decisions-their voice. This has to change! If we all work together we can change the way they live. They deserve to live in a home not an institution with people that genuinely care for them. I have learned so much. I might be in this alone now but its not going to stop me.
This is so intelligent and gives so much dignity to the person needing it... I would consider myself the luckiest person on earth to live in a Green House, if it was necessary.
