If you’re 30 and under. We NEED to make a change. Get out of the 9-5 rate race. GET OUT of this horrible country and LIVE YOUR LIFE. Let’s do it guys🇬🇧
Yeh the conventional way we live and work is so backwards, I’m in my mid thirties and work in creative industries but I’m based at home and have a lot of freedoms to do projects outside. But I have done the recruitment world, sales, retail, hospitality etc etc to pay my bills in my 20s. It was hard. I’m glad I went through it though because it gave me a thick skin and made me very sure of where I wanna be in life and what I’m prepared to do now. I do wish I had woken up sooner but luckily we are all more awake now ❤
most insightful and a summary of the growing rejection of “old style Essex boy” capitalism, set against the new horizons of digital flexi-working. Without wishing to be Cassandra, I’d guess that capitalism will see to it that this brave new world, with no HR security, sick pay etc, becomes as cut-throat and hyper-competitive as anything found at Canary Wharf. Life is short on easy (or easier) options when it comes to making proper money.
You have to power through the working routine of clock-ins and clock-outs. After awhile, it will become like everyday life. But because you have achieved a law degree, it gives a lot of courage to reject those corporate workings. No matter what, it really helps to have a University degree. You're able to convince the viewers corporate working environment is very restricted. When you have completed your law studies, it does tell us how logical your thoughts are. Law is a study of logic, logical reasoning, logically discern a complicated case. I do read alot of the cases written by attorneys; henceforth, logical thnking is very important. -- takes alot of concentration to respond.
Something else about Britain and London especially is individual freedom are seen as dirty words, it's never considered in decisions. Like ULEZ for example, there is nobody to represent the idea that "People should have the freedom to drive what they like" Collective responsibility and punishment is so rife in government policy.
You will probably enjoy Malta. Its a very different lifestyle. Most local people are poor but they are so friendly, happy and fulfilled. Its a beautiful place and a quality lifestyle.

26k grad job after uni in London for blue chip company...reasonable adjustments to start work at 10am. This is the failure mentality young Brits have today that are allergic to hard work like our forefathers did. The world does not you anything.
