I was thinking how sweet and fun this is for the kids, and seeing their excited faces. But then I realized how it made the adults smile as well, like that gentlemen in the suit on the phone probably having a busy day got the chance to de-stress just for a little while.

Those adults weren’t always adults. They were kids too and watched Disney movies in their childhood. Could have even continued watching to their adulthood
Yup it's was a sweet moment for adults because they spent their childhood by watching Disney cartoons and movie. I don't mean that we don't watch other cartoons but Disney movies and cartoons leave a deep impression on our life 😊

Hehe...this is why I love my job. :) I get to put smiles on people's faces and let them forget their troubles...even if it's just for a little while. But these people will remember this and cherish it. And that's what counts.

CookieeMonstarr666 I think it's even more impressive that it was actual people!!? they did an amazing job and its so much more personable being able to see and hug all the characters versus a computer doing all the work.
Jenny Hall well i didn't say it was bad, but it just not what i was expected, as im majoring in multimedia, when i see stuff like this, i was like really? technology? so cool o.O but still actual people always the best compared to computer, machines overheat, people over-hot, like the person in your dp :P
Not sure these were actual costumes behind the window, when you look at Olaf, that not a costume, can't be a puppet either cause you'd see the puppeteer too.

Actually, I went on a trip to Disney California and in a show there was a puppet of Mickey, and I was surprised to see he was blinking and moving his lips. A freaking giant puppet of Mickey moving and talking like a real person, it give me chills in a good way. The best weekend birthday of my life

A perfect example of a great brand. Every single character is recognizable only by their outline. Thats how deep into our psyches (sp?) they have been burned. And thats not a bad thing, just shows how effective Disney has been.

I dont know why, but I cried when the characters revealed themselves 😭 i have never been to disney (although I am a disniac, disney is just too far from where I live, so I have never know what it feels like when you meet a character) but moments like this where other people get to meet the characters (especially the kids) brings tears to my eyes, it is just so heart warming. Good job disney, as always.
I'm actually proud to love Disney even at this time and age, these movies makes me appreciate life more and more.

I'd start crying...and I'd go over to the shadow and place one hand on the wall, and then just lean against the wall trying to give it a one arm hug. I worked at Disney World for a year, as part of the International College program, so Disney holds a special place i my heart. I have no idea how the characters would react to that
It brings me tears when I saw adults made happy faces. Entertaining adults was the reason Walt Disney created Disneyland.
