The Hasbro Marvel Legends Netflix Elektra and Daredevil aren't anything earth-shattering but they do look good for what they are. And they are from shows that I really, really like. So yeah. Happy, but what's next?

That Daredevil is definitely almost entirely the end of Season 1/first couple episodes of Season 2 outfit.

I think you're the first person to notice the "DD" thing, 90% of the scenes in Daredevil and Defenders have really dark lighting so it's hard to notice details in the suit.

The helmet is from the Season 1 finale. The Season 2 premiere used the same helmet, just with more black around the eyes and in the center of the forehead.
If you got Silk, I gave Electra her pulled down mask accessory for the unmasked look...really cinches it.

I have Daredevil and Punisher so far. I like them. I wasn't sure if I would but I do. I will get the rest when I can.

I just finished defenders and man was it average. I'm hoping for a great punisher season
My Daredevils ab crunch is ridiculously loose and i can't seem to find any fixes for that particular problem.
Looks like the Season 1 helmet to me.
Ways to tell: Triangle eyes. Season 2 had a smoother design in the eye/forehead area whereas season 1 had weird triangle eyebrow looking things.
Also the season 1 helmet covered the ears with that boxy part with the slits. Season 2 helmet doesn't have them, instead having a space for the ears which are covered by the cloth cowl.
Season 2 had the black front plates of teh cowl. This is from season 1 not 2.
You should try the farmboy Luke arm swap with Elektra. Better proportioned arms, greater range of movement and easy to do.
I thought about that, but are people switching them at the shoulder? Do you have to split the torso? I guess I've heard of the switch but didn't actually research it.

The scarf piece from the Jyn Black Series, was that from the basic figure and just cut down? Mine is like a headscarf?

Your assumption is correct. I did that after I actually shot the review I think, then slipped a picture in during edits.

I really think that this Daredevil figure will be my favourite Marvel Legend of the year... I don't know what it is, i just absolutely love it (even though that i'm not that big of a Daredevil fan)
It is pretty sweet, I like it a lot more than I thought I would.

Elektra's forearms are crazy, but I didn't notice how weird Daredevil's "elbows" look when his arms are bent. A lot of figures with double-hinged arms look a little weird in that regard, but these strike me as extra strange.

There's something about the flatness of the joint that looks different than normal. Maybe I'm crazy. Gonna have to go look at some figures when I get off work.
You know, looking now, it does have a flatness to it, almost like the knees on some Star Wars Black Series figures, where it's almost too thick above and below the joint and the cap has nowhere to go. Hmmm.
Yeah, like looking at your Elektra mod tutorial, Luke's arm gets that same range of movement but there's still a bit of arc to the elbow when fully bent. Anyhoo, it is what it is. It's a bummer, though, that in a wave of really top-notch sculpts and paint (the photo-real tech, at least) that there are these little QC issues that seem easy to've avoided (like Elektra's forearms and Blade's butt).
Great review as always Robo also too I talked to someone in the comments of another review with the Jessica Jones figure and the person told me even showed me pictures of him customizing the Elektra figure.
Which he told me you can just heat the shoulder joints and the whole arms pop off easy and you can replace it with the Star Wars Black Farm boy Luke and put the hands of the Elektra easily on it and it fit. Only thing you need to mode is the cuffs of the glove so it fits the Luke arms.
Maybe it's something you can think of doing Robo with it also I saved the pics the guy showed me I can send them to you through instagram or the fwoosh facebook page if you're interested :)

The Fwoosh Yeah you can I thought you had to take it apart the whole torso but you don't I'll send you the photos on instagram right now Robo so you can see since I'm thinking of doing that with my Jessica Jones figure since I wanna give her a cloth jacket plus obviously better arm range lol
Hey Robo, I bought my Daredevil at the start of August but the second joint on his left knee is very loose. Could you give me any way to fix it? Thanks bro.
I'm hearing a lot of people having luck with floor polish, or clear nail polish. "Back in my day" haha, we used to use super glue and keep the joint moving until it dried, but there was always the possibility of locking the joint up. Especially if you're impatient like me and stop too early.
The Fwoosh I asked someone and the person said to use a hairdryer but hold down on the joint really hard probably so that when the joint goes to normal temperature its hardened the knee, would that work?
Maybe, heat does help it reset. Might try it and then hold it under cold water or in the freezer, help it cool faster. Plastic stays warm for a bit.

Conner Blase surprisingly my Walmart usually never restocks their Marvel Legends at all, but I found punisher, daredevil, bullseye, and elektra.
Just started watching Daredevil Season One. I like it so far but if I want to watch the Defenders that means I'll have to watch all of Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones. I don't have Netflix and I'm not a binge watcher so that is going to take a long time.
That being said I'll definitely be watching DD season 2.
If I were to pick favorites it would be both DD season 1 and 2. And then Jessica Jones. I don't mind Luke Cage and Iron Fist seasons at all but you could probably just find a recap or synopsis somewhere, skip those, and then plow right into Defenders.

Great review Robo! Just finished watching The Defenders and I can honestly say that the writing was horrible. I like the story and the actors but man did they have so many cheesy lines. I'm interested in picking up a Daredevil figure though.
Same thoughts!!! They took the Iron Fist route when they should've gone with the Daredevil tone. I enjoyed most of it, and in broad strokes... but it is lacking.
I can probably agree with that, but I also grew up in the late 70s/80s so lines like that are ingrained in my head. Cheesy? For sure. But my early comic books were exactly like that.

Not sure what it is, but something about Daredevil looks off to me. I'm usually happy with Legends figures, but I think on this one I might have to consider the Mezco one.
Always enjoy your reviews brother. And this is no acceptation. I am really high on the Netflix Dare Devil Figure. The Electra figure...is not on my list of must have figures. But Jessica Jones and punisher rule! And I cannot find Blade, ugh!!!!!!
After doing the arm fix on Elektra she shot up on my list of favorites of the wave. Not THE favorite, but I like her a lot better now. And I'm glad you dig the reviews, makes making them all the more fun. Thanks!

The Fwoosh Lol, I thought that wad the reason. Do a full product placement episode using AI figures for no reason, wear a AI Tshirt, have the link to the store in the screen and end it with: "This review was made possible by Articulated Icons, the figures that truely matter."
But seriously, any figure that has history with The Hand, The League, etc. you can compare the scale to AI ninjas. No one will think less of you ;)
Really anticipated this wave and was kinda underwhelmed. Like this was supposed to be arguably the best wave yet and it just kinda fell flat to me
I think "best wave yet" is giving it way too much credit, especially for anyone not totally invested in the Netflix shows. That Bullseye is damn amazing though.
