Starting off again with the 3 bosses we got in the demo, and there's noticeable improvements to how the game plays. Dodging feels a lot better, inputs are more responsive, and parrying via perfect guard seems slightly more forgiving (although not a massive amount, and that could just be down to familiarity after the demo). I was already looking forward to this after the demo, and the full game hasn't let me down at all. I'm still only early into my playthrough, but I can see this being very fun overall. I won't post any major spoilers to start with, and I'll post the later bosses as I go along.

This fight took me 50+ tries due to me trying to parry everything, on the plus side im ok at parrying now

I played for two hours got to this boss and beat him first try
This was the moment where I realized that this game is truly something special. I've been burned before by souls-like games but this boss is truly great and rivals some of the greats that fromsoft made.
Glad to see Paarl got work after Bloodborne.
Yeah, they just carved open his skull and put his brain into a robot body. He's like Robocop in a steampunk London.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I get his stagger meter filled he doesn't stagger. I've tried combo attacks and the charged attack and he doesn't collapse. In both phases. Same deal.
You have to fully charge your heavy attacks, maybe you didn't?
Before you go in for the combo hit (indicated by the red circle on the ground and three red stripes) you have to stagger him with a heavy charged attack while he has the white bar. Not easy with this boss and a slow weapon.

How does he do this perfect dodge from red attack, when bent over in what looks like an L2 animation ? I always end up taking mad damage from the edge of his red slam

Do you know...what I can do with small wooden officer puppet?
Because I don't know where I can use it.
You can pick up a whistle in the boss area, then go back to one of the lit windows where the guy is coughing before the boss and blow the whistle then you can give him the puppet.
@@Fiiiiiddddyyyyyyy nope,after whistle there is no more dialogue and puppet can't be used.

In the arena in which you fight the policeman miniboss, there’s a ladder that leads you to a window with a woman weeping that you can talk to. She gives you a quest, and you need the puppet to finish it.

This 3 seconds delay on some attacks is something. I thought Elden Ring has this bad habit. But LoP is something else

Another great upload 👍 ill definitely give this my time as it does look worth playing expecially since you approve 👌 it doesnt look on the same parr as Bloodborne mind as the Atmosphere in this for me isnt as good and the bosses aint that breathtaking yet im sure souls fans will love this.
it's fun for sure, it's really fun.
No matter what I do they will not let me critical hit him after I have him down and staggered. I've never had an issue critical hitting an enemy that's staggered but him it will not let me almost like there's a glitch.

I believe you have to preorder the deluxe edition to get early access. I could be wrong but Just to be safe you should read what each version of the game will give you.

@@verboseessays I am way beyond him now I’m on nameless puppet, and he is even more difficult than any other boss I’ve ever fought
Everytime he attacks on the second fase look at his hand to see If he is going to grab you
@@Gabzewmy personal recomendation is to parry him on the fist fase and on the second attack it once and the run back over and over until you kill it
I think this is not truly no damage run. Saw a HP flicker at the second phase.

I found this boss fight easier going in solo than with a summons
False man, with summons i defeated that mf at the first attempt, it took me like 30 death to solo him, funny that the he is like the 2nd boss and the boss that is next to that one is easier jaja
Am I the only one who thought this boss was incredibly easy? I died at least 15 times to the mad donkey mini boss just before this and beat this boss in one go.

Sorry i find this boss garbage deluxe what a terrible design, and how do f do you do so much damage. i Need to hit him like 40 times more
He showed the equip and level so... even if you dont have the stats this boss is really doable due to the easy moveset (especially compared to later bosses). I also disagree on the take about bad design. This boss looks unique in my oppinion!
This boss needs to be blocked perfect non stop or you will get staggered. His second fase i can barely tell what happens because of the lightning blocking my view. I got the boss but damn this was a horrible expierence. @@mr.smith-TFG
@@4HYRULEM4STER You dont need to block ANY of his attacks by the way. I played this fight completely without blocking except the red ones obviously for the stagger bar.
Sure with a different build and a shit ton of stamina and patience mebay i could care less, till now i have not had 1 boss which was enjoyable. Even the npc's fights are boring. What a trash game

I beat this boss first try with a summon. What a pathetically easy game 🥱, if I wanted easy terrible boss fights I’d go play DS3.
