Hi! I have an updated review of the sunscreen here (+ a new review on Isntree's Hyaluronic Acid product line) - ua-cam.com/video/r_Se92oIQtk/v-deo.html
I just discovered your channel, and immediately fell in love with it! The atmosphere's so relaxing. I’ve recently become self-conscious about my aesthetic, and I was looking exactly for this type of content: sincere and extremely curated! Thank you for your dedication
Thanks for such a thorough review! I just ordered the green tea line and it’s supposed to arrive on the 17th lol. I’m super excited to try the serum especially!
The toner and serum can be great antioxidants under spf in the morning. The dark colour also indicates a deeper concentration of green tea, a proven AOX. Will be getting these in the future as I don't really care for hydration (can get it from other products) as anti aging is my primary concern.
I suddenly found your channel, and after that, I became obsessed with your channel. I have been continuously watching all your videos before buying any products. You said that in Isntree green tea fresh facewash and toner, one has physical exfoliation and the other has chemical exfoliation. Now, can I use this product with other exfoliation products like The Inkey List Pha Toner, which is a chemical exfoliation, or do I need to use them alternative nights? Can I use Isntree green tea facewash as my 2nd step cleanser and regular cleanser? Also, can I use Isntree green tea toner my regular toner? Tnx.
Hi. Thank you so much for enjoying this channel!!! It means a lot! Green tea cleanser- Yes, it has bits of green tea as a "physical" exfoliator but its not really an actual exfoliator. Its not harsh or rough on your skin so you can use this cleanser anytime. Toner - This toner is slightly exfoliating but the percentage as far as i know is very low. I mainly use this toner as my hydration step as opposed to my exfoliation step. Im not too familiar with INKEY List so i cant say much about that. Hope this helps!
Many tnx fr ur rply. Can I use these green tea cleanser and toner before using cosrx aha whitehead power liquid and cosrx 0.1% retinol cream? Also is it okay to use any antioxidants toner or serum before using any retinol products?
Or do antioxidants only need to be used in morning skincare? As retinol needs to be used on dry skin, if I use any toner before retinol, will it affect my skin?
Thank you so much! Welcome to the channel! As for the sunscreen... 💬 I will link 🔗 you to my IG review: instagram.com/p/CXO8EyQljrW/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
@@rayliur Thank you! I feel like I can trust your reviews because you're very honest and that's rare on UA-cam or Instagram. I think I'm going to try it :)
I may be late about this but why after a couple of minutes I use the instree chestnut bha my face looks oily? is there something I should do or this is normal?
Hmm, the chestnut BHA does have a slick texture to it. But I didn’t experience having my skin “look oily.” I tend to use a hydrating toner before the BHA so my skin doesn’t dry out. Sometimes depending on the climate or how dehydrated our skin is, the skin tends to adjust (or overcompensate) to the surrounding. Hope this helps! Typically, I would use BHA at night as it’s not recommended for daytime use without a lot of SPF.
Might be an odd question, but do you think the cleanser will still be effective when used in a foamer due to the pieces of tea in it? There's not much in the bottle compared to the price (it's rather expensive here in Denmark), and a foamer will just let me use less product overall.
Not an odd question at all. I actually tried this method of adding it to a foamer bottle. But the cleansing gel is so thick that it doesn't really work too well in the foamer. The tea residue isn't too bad (I think I was being overdramatic when I filmed this video lol).
@@rayliur Well you're supposed to add a little water to help it foam 😂 I did get the cleanser today in the mail (my foamer is arriving tomorrow haha), so I used it for my night routine, and I looove it. My skin felt so fresh and smooth after. I'm already eyeing the micellar water, toner and moisturizer they have from that green tea series 🤣
Ooooo good question... So each drop from the pipette is about 1mL, and if there is 50mL in the bottle, then I would say 50 days if u use it once a day.
@@rayliur thank you so much. what about the toner?you said you are layering it 3 to 4 times. if I layer 3 to 4 times for two times a day how long will that last? I have never used toner or serum before so I just want to have an idea.
@@sutanuroy3922 the toner lasted me forever. I wanna say it can last between 8-10 months if you use it daily. 6-8 months if u apply multiple layers each time.
Hi, Masuka! Yeah, it unfortunately does leave a white cast upon application and requires some effort to blend it away. It’s a good SPF in general, but the white cast was definitely off-putting.
@@rayliur and if it was off-putting for you, I’d look like a ghost with it. Thanks for the review though. What are your fave spf without white cast? So far my go to are neogen (spendy), missha aqua gel and essence as well. Cosrx aloe spf is bomb.
Hi! I’m sorry, that I am not too sure of. I suppose green tea is not harmful to pregnancy and lactation as, say, propolis. I would double check the ingredients to be sure if there are any ingredients that might be harmful for pregnancy/lactation.
Hi! The routine I showed in this video is meant for daytime. Of course, for night time, you would opt in a moisturizer in place of the sunscreen. Hope this helps!
