Hardly a step by step, whew! You are all over the place Drew the Parts Changer, how do you even know what was bad....motor or drum bearings? I ask because I could not invest anymore of my time watching.

The removal of the shock absorbers (around 9:07 into the clip) is accomplished by depressing two tabs just below their top attachment point WHILE twisting the body of the shock. Failure to do so may actually ruin the unit.
