(Eng sub) Monthly rental contract and electronics shopping in Cambodia! spending a lot of $dollar$

I started my life in Cambodia stably with a quick decision.
I finally signed a one-year contract to rent a house, and I am purchasing home appliances one by one.
It cost more than I expected, but since I was a salty person, I expected the cost to be less.
Prices were rising, but my precious memories of Cambodia remained before the coronavirus.
Still, I’m happy to be living in Cambodia in a nice house with a nice rooftop view and a place to hang laundry.

아이공~부끄럽네요. 영어를 정말 못하는데 진짜 좋게 봐주신 것 같습니다. 너무 감사해요. 캄보디아어는 언젠가 캄보디아에 와서 오랫동안 지내고 싶어서 아주 오래전에부터 조금씩 배워뒀던 건데요. 막상 와보니까 많이 부족해서 소통 오류가 정말 자주 있답니다~^^ 시청 너무 감사해요

The landlord told the delivery guy to install the washing machine nicely for you. I think it's worth it to contact the store owner and tell them about the damages to the refrigerator. Maybe you can ask your landlord for advice on how to handle such issues.

Thank you for your kind reply. We only use the refrigerator. I am grateful to the employee who delivered the refrigerator alone. Because that's too hard. I hope nothing bad happens to him.

맞아요! 보증금이 한달치 월세라서 저희도 깜짝 놀랐어요~
여기가 도심지와 멀지 않은 곳이고, 시장도 가까운 편인데다가 집주인이 경비를 서주셔서 너무 만족하거든요
월세가 한국에 비해 매우 저렴해서 만족중입니다
