Great workout tips, i appreciate it brother, but i m not sure with the first exercise, your shoulders are in internall rotation and in the top position you are hunching your back, maybe it works for someone but i got injured doing behind the neck pull ups, so be safe.
For a beginner with the pull-ups, which method is the best way to build your endurance up or get stronger?close- grip or wide-grip?? Because I could only do 4-5reps(frustrated,that i can't more) but I wanna do 10-whenever reps til I get tired
I want to start calestenicas but don't know how to start. Meaning doing a bro split, or a push pull legs day. I don't know how to split and how many days etc.
