Gardening tip: don't water when the sun is high, it can easily cause blight. It's best to water early morning or when the sun is set. 😉

a little tip for your plants outdoors, you should water early in the morning. this allows the water to soak in before it evaporates from heat and dry wind, also allows the leaves time to dry out if they get splashed, and plants will have the moisture to draw from during the heat of the day. if you do it too late, they might just end up drying before they soak the water

Water at the base of the plant to avoid stressing out the leaves.😁💕

just a tip: if you don't drain the chick peas the water (which is called aqua fava) will thicken your broth and give you a more hearty stu. chickpea water is used in cooking in a lot of cultures.
That same exact thing happened with me and onions lol.. thought I was immune until one day when I was cooking with my glasses on 😂😂

pro trip for watering outdoor grass/plants, water them in the evening or early morning when the sun is not very high. The heat from the sun burns the plants/grass if they're covered in water, and can even evaporate the water before it reaches deep enough to the roots :)
Your editing skills just keep getting better and better, your videos are always such great quality. I really appreciate how much effort you put into them.
A good plant watering tip I recently learned is to water them in the morning or evening on hot summer days- this way the water doesn’t evaporate and doesn’t create sun burn spots on the plant where the water beads up :-)
You gotta visit Center Island. It's a nice spot for a summer day with beaches, lots of walking, bike rentals, canoeing, and an amusement. 🙂

I’ve gotten in the habit of meal prepping, cleaning, and working out on Sundays. I let myself have a slow morning and then get to it all by 11:00am so that I can finish what I have to do pretty early and wind down for the week. It’s helped my anxiety a lot. Feels good checking off a low pressure to do list.
Water the outdoor plants in the evening! It heats up too quickly for morning watering, unless you’re doing it very early in the morning.
Just a suggestion for watering your plants in summer. I live in Australia and we get to 45 degrees C where I live. We water either early mornings (6am) or late evenings (6-7pm). This allows the water to properly soak and not to evaporate, for example if its watered in the middle of the day:)

Tip - water your plants first thing in morning or at dusk! In the midday half the water will evaporate. So it ends up being wasteful!

Hi Tara! I usually do all my groceries shopping, laundry and cleaning on Fridays that way I have Saturday and Sundays off with nothing to do but reading, watching tv or going to my boyfriend’s house and just chill 😃
I go to church on Sunday mornings & I help out with youth group in the evening so my day is filled. I’m a stay at home daughter right now, so I take care of things around the house & try to meal prep & get as much of the cleaning done on Monday :)

Plant tip! Water early in the morning or at sunset because the water and sun can burn the plant.
I loved the editing during the dinner/meal prep part of the video! On Sundays I wouldn’t say it’s my “favorite thing” but I do laundry and prep all my vegetables (washing and cleaning, no cooking) and it makes making dinner during the week a lot easier

Rather than watering the leaves, water the base! That way the water goes right to the roots! When your leaves are wet they draw the sun in more which can fry them! At least that’s what I learned and have been doing 🥰

If you like red onions Like I do .. then please try this: Red Onions White feta cheese .. red tomato and a little bit of green chill slices mixed in idk whats the secret to this mix but it is soo delicious .. we eat it with pita bread or Arabic bread.
I’ve noticed the same thing with cutting onions!!! The contacts literally help sooo much with your eyes not burning, it’s so weird but it’s great 😅❤️

Tip for plants from my gardener uncle. Always water on a eve when the sun has gone down. Stops them from being burned

Best time to water your plants is at the end of the day 🌿 watering when the sun is still at it’s highest could burn the leafs, plus doesn’t give the soil time to absorb the water enough before evaporating on a hot day ☀️
