Love these vids swifty. Got my first set of lycra for cycling recently and it really is a game changer if you want to ride for more than an hour. Looking into cycling sunglasses instead of goggles you'll look cooler.
Knee problems can be caused by all kinds of things which you'd be surprised by. When I went through basic, I started having serious sharp pains in my knees (as a lot of people due to stress fractures etc). I bought aftermarket boots after basic as we were going to AIT because my feet also hurt from ruck marches. After buying new boots, my knee problems literally went away in two weeks. Was kinda nuts. Hope yours get better!

Theres ones for the back and front. That prevents the wheels from spurting up water on you.
