I stayed in Harrogate from 1977 to 1979 for my GCE A Levels. Beautiful and great place. Thank you Gimbal Walk TV for the nice video. Look forward to visit Harrogate and Knaresborough!
Thank you for that lovely video, I do love Harrogate and I am salivating at the thought of going back to Bettys tearooms, only 7 weeks to wait until I get back there, roll on February
My mother and father got married here in 1942. He was USAF and she was a Yorkshire lass in the RAF. This is so wonderful. I love it. ❤️ it’s connecting me to my parents as never before. Thank you.🙏🏻
Hi! Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Your videos and walking are incredible, and I'm thinking to visit England. I need to plan my journey carefully but there are too many places to go in UK. By the moment I'm learning English to communicate! Thank you for the images. Happy New Year!
It is nice to see the Christmas tree with light and some decorations round the shops window and the dome with light on it and the traffic is busy hope you have a drink and eat later and the big wheel is nice to see it no Christmas Market
@@GimbalWalkTV Hi Neil. There is a place I would like to see, but I`m not sure what city or village it is in. I would like to see where "Keeping Up Appearances" was filmed. I really enjoyed that show. 😊
Thanks Neil for letting me see Harrogate without me getting cold or having to spend money! 😅. Although its near me its not historical enough for me to visit much. Just shops. Btw don’t remember a wheel there!

Thank you again for the great videos. You have made possible for us USA citizens to see places that we might not ever get a chance to see otherwise
Thanks Caroi - that's great to hear and why I do it!
If I could film anywhere in the UK for you where would you most like to see?

@@carolvarner1725 Thanks Carol!
Definitely up for filming that!
Do you know what village it was?
@@GimbalWalkTV It`s at 117 Heather Road, Binley Woods, Warwickshire, east of Coventry.😊
Did you notice the Santa hats on all the statues at the top of the Victoria shopping centre.
I live in Harrogate, it's a beautiful them but saddly with loads of restaurants and two cinemas there's nothing else to do hete

The wheel is just temporary for christmas I think
@@GimbalWalkTV Mm. Makes sense. Thank you.
You missed the best bits of Harrogate Valley gardens, Harlow Carr Gardens. The Stray i could go on.
I did
Filming gardens in the pitch black of night wasn't the best idea so stuck with places with lights!
Went to Harrowgate, one of the worst towns I have been to, nothing there.
😮😮😮
Sorry, I'm afraid I got a bit bored with it.
That's fine x
