Isn’t UA-cam a wonderful asset for learning new praise and worship songs? As a “can play hymns” piano player, I have always preferred playing in flats vs sharp, so I tend to forget the guitarist prefers sharps. Glad no one is keeping track of how many times I have had to reprint in a different key 😂.

Leslie that’s what my choir director does he sends us the pieces so we can practice and listen so we have the parts it works really well especially on difficult pieces . Be safe in the next couple of days with the snow and cold .. it’s always hard to get used to even when you have it the time .. happy early birthday to Isaac it’s my nephews birthday too! He is 50 !

My sister and I have that awful cold and are very ill, but we went to the doctor today and had all the tests which are negative, and we have antibiotics now. Such a cute apron! Did you know that there are several websites that offer a virtual piano that you can use like a keyboard (& some of them are free)? You wouldn't even have to wait for February to be able to use it (& you could probably bring it up on your tablet, or iPad, just as easily as on your laptop). I am going to suggest that you use something that has a touch screen if you want to get the actual feel of using a keyboard (I'm not saying it's the same, but it would definitely work well enough for you to get the key & see if it would work for your choir). I know there are some really nice apps that you can purchase to use on phones or tablets, but this one can adapt (& some of them can even adapt to certain types of musical equipment).
