Cool. Can I program it with inverted logic? My shutoff valve is normally closed. I want it to be opened only when the alarm is OFF. Also at the same time, it should turn off the valve (remove power from it) when there’s a water leak whether the alarm is on or off.

What happens when the cleaner washes the floor with a bucket mop?
The cleaners can disarm the system with a keypad, remote or the app before cleaning the floors. At our head office we put a sign next to each sensor so they remember they are there and they can move them away and put it back at the same location when done.

if you have a water leak alarm, the water is shut off, that I understand, but how do you enter an alarmed property without turning the water back on? If you disable the system to enter your building you are going to continue the flood. Did I miss something?
If you activate group mode in the Hub settings, you are then able to create groups so you can control the sectors separately. For instance, you can have a group for the house, garage and then the water leak sensors. The relay will restore only if you disarm the group linked to the water leak sensors.
