Do NACIS codes have to be registered in your SAM profile to do a bid on Unison? example: If I'm registered to sell clothes can I sell batteries? Or I have to update SAM to sell Batteries?

No that’s incorrect .. temp worker is paid through a 3rd party company making them an contractor
Hello! If the set aside is for a small business and I am a small business does the company I am purchasing from also have to be a small business? I hope that makes sense.
For the most part no. But if it is set aside for a socio economic designation like HUBZone or Wosb than you are required to complete your % of work

Yes there is .. it’s minor
The fee is added on to your bid and is paid by the government. You then pay that fee to Unison.
When charging the government do you add a “contract service fee” on top of what the product costs?
