Göran: Thanks for sharing this beauty! The tone color and the phrasing, the dynamics are sooo delicat! The pace and feeling is sublime! Just love it! Fint start på helgen! Tack! //Tobias
Truly beautiful, such excellence! Thank you!!! Weiss is so extraordinary and so are you! Without you people would not hear this, you bring it to life in the way only you can! The best always to you and yours!
Beautiful piece and playing, Weiss "trademark" is incontrovertible, such a great composer known for his "Fantasia", but there are a lot of beautiful pieces like this one I never heard before, thank you Maestro❤
I can't stop thinking about how lucky I was to stumble into this channel. Is there on internet a version for classic guitar by any chance? Playing this beautiful piece is something I would love to do so much! Always me, your italian fan. Leonardo
@@goransollscher1730 My teacher sent me the Weiss "Intavolatura di liuto" where i found the Plainte version for classic guitar. That version is in Bmajor and it's a little bit tricky so I think I have to transpose it in Cmajor
@@goransollscher1730 is your guitar a shorter scale due to more tension from a greater amount of strings? Is it tuned lower than a regular guitar? It sounds tuned down, and reminiscent of a lute with looser sounding string tension. I any case I find this sound very interesting, as I've always prefered a lute over guitar, but never picked the lute because I'd never seen them around. I've playing guitar for about 40 years, and tried many things to change my spanish guitar sound. Perhaps tuning it down was the solution all along?
@@boxerfencerMy guitar is tuned in g,like if you put a capo on third fret. And the five extra basses tuned in a scale downwards. So it’s basically tuned like a renaissance lute
Never before have I heard Weiss being treated with such sensitivity and delicacy. Thank you.❤❤❤

Thank you for another inspiring performance. Weiss has many depths to explore.

Bravo Goran!!
I love Sylvius Leopold Weiss!!
Have you ever played Baroque Lute??
thanks a lot 🎶 Yes I have, but I was never happy with my ’nail sound’
Fantastiskt. Inga klagomål här
Vilken tur 😊🎶
So nice! That's interesting about tuning the 1st string down to F. So I guess 1-4 = F D A F? What an intriguing idea.
Yes,That’s sometimes very convinient when you play music written for the baroque lute
