If you own a property in a prime location than this is for sure a good idea.
1/2 block to the water. It was a good idea :)
Truly a tiny house looks so small from the outside but wow you got everything you need on the inside and more excellent use of the space a beautiful home
Love it! All the details are so thoughtful, creative and beautiful! For those who say it was too expensive of a build.. you pay for quality & comfort! IMO.
The tile alone!
This may be small but it is amazing. I love how they put unique designs they did into it. Beautiful back yard also.
Thank you
Wow! These two have done a beautiful job turning that shed into a luxury space for visitors! All the details are so special. Plus the native garden and vegetable gardens! Very impressive!
Hold up, let's start over. I gotta watch it again, it's marvelous! We'll done! Been following Jenna's channel for the whole time. Love her stuff. And this is one my fav's now. Awsome ladys..😊
What a lovely well thought out space. Would love a getaway spot like that!❤
I love what you did with the former shed!! It has everything needed for guests or for your own respite. All CUSTOM work and beautiful!!❤
Thank you! We put our own labor in this and love it everyday
I love it! It’s beautiful. It’s adorable. Love the tables you made. Nice art work and nice bar outside and nice pool. Thank you for showing this home. Very well built. Not expensive at all.
Wow those plants 💯! Everything is gorgeous!
This lovely couple did a PERFECT job on that tiny home! I’d literally live in a home like that. It’s beautiful!
What a unique and beautiful tiny home. The garden is lovely too, it looks like a little slice of paradise.
It was expensive so what they got exactly what they wanted and it’ll pay for itself by the time they rent it out. The only thing is how do they enjoy the outdoors themselves with guests over
You have that right :) first 4 months of renters paid it off. We only rent in the season (jan-may) for that reason. But honestly weve enjoyed 90-% of our guests and love interacting with them
Are you actually the people with the house and you replied to little old me in Fairbanks Alaska thank you I loved you guys. I lost my partner of 25 years. It’s been one hell of a year.
We are 😂. We know we shouldn’t always read the comments but this has been refreshing!
Sorry about your loss, truly.
Cute! I think this is the first tiny home I’ve seen with a pool!
So awesome wow! Very well done, sea creatures, live edge, rabbits, so much fun in your place there, congratulations on a beautiful place 😊
Thank you 😊
Very well planned. In the PNW it could be $300k on city lot.
What a lovely couple - love everything!
Am I missing something? I paid $59,000 for my house with a double garage and 2 acres of land. 30 grand for a shed is a bit much don't you think?
When did you purchase it? If you say over 10 years ago just think
It is Florida, I'm assuming you're somewhere Midwest. But yeah I don't see where the money went either. Even $10K for the original shed is ridiculous.
@@andrewng6988 It was 12 years ago but am still able to find similar houses here at that price.
@@ryefry Agreed.
Depends on where you live. There is nothing I can buy where I live for under $250,000 except may a small undeveloped lot.
Great income investment ~ sounds like a great place gorgeous vacationing; doesn’t seem enough to live in full-time🤷🏻♀️
I would agree. Not loving in from the main house that’s for sure! 😂
This DIY project is not only a great way to maximize space but also showcases the beauty of simplicity in design. 👏🏻👏🏻
Beautiful property.
awesome couple and awesome build! Yes, recently I saw a main home and a tiny home on the property. I thought it was perfect to complete the shed as a MIL suite since my spouse has been concerned about his Mother's health. so I love seeing ideas likes this and I really believe they are valuable and sustainable
Omg I love EVERYTHING about ur tiny! the epoxy table is my favorite. the layout of ur pool and the bar are great outdoor spaces as well. ❤
Such a nice tiny house. I love the whole backyard. It looks very relaxing. Thank you for sharing ladies.
Everything is so well thought out and beautiful. Love the decor.
Love your ideas!
I love it,the bar and a great couple!Hi Jenna❤🦑🦂🐚🐙
HOMOSEXUAL acts are legitimate solely within polygamous marriages (as defined in Chapter 27). Read Chapter 12 and the Glossary entry under “slippery slope”, to learn the reason for homosexuality being detrimental to society, and therefore, other homosexual acts being unlawful. Whereas heterosexual unions are normal, natural, and necessary for a prosperous society, homosexuality is abnormal, unnatural, and unnecessary, and is destructive to individuals, to families, to society, and of course, to the very survival of the Homo sapiens species itself!
Leading neuroscientists of the current century have demonstrated that same-sex attraction and gender dysphoria can be attributed to certain parts of the brain being formed similarly to the person’s (biological) gender OPPOSITE. There are other physiological determinants for homosexual attraction, such as genetic and hormonal, and to a far lesser degree, environmental causes. As demonstrated in Chapter 11 of this “Final Instruction Sheet for Humanity” (“F.I.S.H”), this phenomenon was preordained in eternity, but so too were all unbeneficial traits such as criminality and addictive personality disorders, and does not negate the obvious requirement for society to punish perpetrators of homosexual acts. Again, read Chapter 12 to understand metaethics, applied ethics, and the reason for homosexual unions being objectively evil, by nature.
Of all the concepts put forward in this Holiest of Holy Scriptures, this condemnation of homosexual acts is, perhaps, the teaching that elicits the most vitriolic responses from individuals, because over the past few decades of writing this treatise, homosexuality has become widely accepted within most societies throughout the world, and even glorified in some cases! However, the obvious fact of its pernicious nature MUST be proclaimed, if human society is to endure and prosper. It ought to be emphasized that homosexual acts themselves are unlawful, and not simply being predisposed to same-sex attraction. In other words, homosexual individuals can not be prosecuted simply for being attracted to members of the same gender, but only for engaging in unlawful sexual acts, such as sodomy, just as heterosexuals should not be punished merely for being attracted to members of the opposite sex, but for fornicating with them (that is, engaging in extra-marital sexual activity).
A TRANSVESTITE is a person who wears clothing belonging to the opposite gender, and is a criminal offence. This truism should not infer that transvestites ought to be severely punished for their choice of attire, but that they must, at least, be sternly admonished by a superior. When males and females dress similarly, including similar hairstyles, it creates an androgynous, or a homogeneous, population, thereby reducing the pool of available mates for that proportion of society who are “alpha” oriented. For example, a genuinely masculine man (especially an alpha male) would never even dream of mating with a woman who wears male clothing, keeps her hair short in length, and/or behaves as a tomboy. Conversely, transvestinal men and men who conduct themselves in an effeminate manner, are utterly unattractive to dainty, feminine women.
Transvestism is culturally specific, meaning, in each culture, males and females have their unique, respective fashions. For instance, in Middle-east Asia, at least in recent centuries before the modern era, both sexes wear long, one-piece garments, yet there is a distinct colour and style differentiation between the robes of each gender. The Indian dhoti and sari are both similar in size and shape, yet worn quite differently and of very different colour. At the time of writing, in most countries of the world, males typically wear pants, slacks, jeans, trousers, or short pants, whilst females wear skirts, saris or dresses (at least they SHOULD do so, but often do not, due mainly to the influence of feminism). Of course, there may be minor exceptions to this rule, such as monastic robes for Western monks, and Panjabi pants for North-Western Indian women. Yet, even in those last two cases, it could be argued that they are not, in fact, exceptions to the rule, since they adhere to the rule of cultural-specificity. Furthermore, both genders must dress modestly in public places, including at swimming pools, at the beach or bathing in rivers.
This is a really pretty renovation from a shack to a tiny house. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I've seen them and/or this tiny house on HGTV some years ago. 🤔
At first I was thinking "ugh, a converted shack?"
Then it turned out to be a work of art. - Nicely done! ;O)-
Cute and functional at the same time, that's my dream tiny house. Great job!!
What a dream backyard absolutely fabulous! The tiny is so well done, great job! I wouldn't ever leave that area just hang out in the back day in day out : )
What a lovely couple & such a beautiful home... This is one of the best thought out homes & plots that I have ever seen.
Beautiful tiny house. Love all of the artistic epoxy work, especially the turtles. The bathroom is really well done. That unique drain was a real find. The pool and the backyard, screened porch are all amazing. This is one of the most creative tiny houses that I have ever seen. They did a great job on it.
Thank you!
Very nice ladies!!!
They are hardly WOMEN, let alone ladies.

Jenna, I don't know how you find the people/properties for your channel, but this one is one of my very favorite. Try to do a follow up, to show their main home. What an eye for design!
Thank you!
I think I’ve seen this shed in another video. It inspired me ( alongside other videos) that you really can get a lot of a small space. Just have to plan it out.
Love the pool. I’m a pool fanatic. They’re so beautiful.
It's amazing what you can do with a tiny space! But that little porch really adds space. And what a lovely backyard, with the bunnies and pool and all. Cute couple! Jenna, you sound really stuffed up, but you just kept on working - I hope you feel better soon!
I would have liked to see more of the rabbits tiny home😂
Lol. Its almost 180 sq ft with an array of levels an obstacle courses
Great video, loved the tiny house and that yard! Stunning 😍
love it all and them!
They did a great job! The design (and Octopi) are very appealing ☺
Best shed con version I've seen!! Great job!! 😊😊
That's adorable. Thanks for sharing.
I love all the sealife artwork!
Lovely!
Too cute! 😊
I love their tiny home❤️❤️❤️
Love it!!!!
Such a cute place! Love it!
Beautiful home,thanks for sharing
So cute! I would love to stay here!
Everything is absolutely beautiful, including the amazing backyard! Your hard work sure has paid off!
Thank you!
Adorable, genius, artistic couple!
Sooo cute 🩵
Cute couple! And I love what they have done with their shed and yard spaces!! I’d stay there if I ever come to Florida. (Are they on the Atlantic or the Gulf?)
Hey! We are on the gulf coast. Venice area :) 1/2 block from the water!
@@meahthetaWho/How do we find your "B&B"?
Thanks Jenna that was kinda cool.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Finally, An actual tiny house!
Absolutely love it
Hi. I love your tiny house. It is awesome.
It would be cool to have a tiny home
Great place!!
Wonderful couple and home!
The paintings are cool.
Love this.
now THAT was a tiny house! :)
I turned my dad's shed into my home, when I was around 27,now iam having to watch utube, to keep my spirits up, to old now.
I hear ya.
Iam coming back as a u tuber, so u could see all my Dreams coming true lol
@@donnascott1009 I hope everything goes well for you.
Wow the sheds are very expensive in Florida 😵💫 we bought a shed last year (2023) , 10’x18’ with one real window for $10,000. We are in Massachusetts.
We bought during Covid and everything was more expensive, there are 5 windows and everything is hurricane proof!
Very creative.❤️
Cute house. Confused though. Do they live in it and Airbnb the main house? Or the other way around?
Other way around :)
@@meahtheta But if you flip that (i.e., put the main house on airbnb), you'd become rich! $$$
Maybe you'd have to create multiple tiny houses inside the main house, tho, for that x amount per sq. ft.
@@meahtheta ..... and possibly famous!
Ha! Maybe, but we are rather fond of living in the main house :)
Very nice ladies❤
GOOD JOB!!
This is so cute
The epoxy table is gorgeous! " measure 12-15 times. Lol
That loft looks extremely hard to get into.. and she didn’t show us how it’s done
It’s cute.
I made my backyard shed into a she shed. This is way cooler though. 😉
Is your she-shed set up for any hobby, or just for relaxing in? What type of decor did you go with?
@@wownewstome6123 I posted a video on my channel! :) it’s mostly for hanging out.
Absolutely LOVE this whole backyard! Like a VACATION!! Where in FL is this located?
12×8= 96 SF. PROVIDE A CUTTING BOARD!
On top of the entire herring bone kitchen top we have a cutting board underneath :) thanks
Love the small, cute, pull out couch. Where is it from?
The octopus in the bathroom is awesome! Question..do you just make compost for a garden with the toilet waste?
Unfortunately human waste we ourselves can’t compost. We compost all our food and use the rabbit poo for fertilizer and have some amazing soil bn the two!
My 8x12 cabin in the mountains was about$2500 but it’s not as fancy. For another 2500 it could be close though…
Hello, I love your videos! I recently saw one you did of a Tiny House community near Newport, Tennessee. I have a nice and spacious mobile home park about a half hour from Chattanooga, TN. Roughly half of it is unoccupied. Is there some resource you are aware of to reach out to the tiny house community to let them know of this opportunity? I would love to gradually convert the park into a tiny house park. As it is, there are plenty of sites that are private and very spacious. Thanks
Is the green one in the intro yours? Will you be filming a tour?
Yep!
I love it Luv but I don't have 20k to convert a shed into tiny house
Maybe a newbie question, but... is an Airbnb considered a tiny home? I assumed a tiny home was by definition a place someone could live full time. This wouldn't accommodate anyone's actual possessions that I can tell, no matter how minimalist.
The design elements are beautiful, but i could never stay in anything that small. I felt claustrophobic just watching it.
❤😊
Under $30k!??? Why????
$10,000 for a bare wall 12x8 shed? Are they high? I literally found a 12x8 on Amazon just now for $645
Is it hurricane proof? We also built during Covid and shipping and materials were quite expensive
Yep, I did expect my last comment to be deleted; still that last minute . . .
96 Sq ft? 8 x 12 ?? That's extremely small for 2 people.
I bought a finished 8x26 for $17,000 4 years ago already built out. Not as nice as that but could be for not much more.
Lesboooo!
tooo tiny for me
98 square foot shed was $10,000?! No way!! $30,000 Reno?! I think people like to waste valuable money!! Sorry ridiculously insane!!
.
??? the LAST minute of this video... has done MUCH damage to your reputation. . . So sorry to see.
Claustrofóbico
You got ripped off
