I need help with this product. My microphone was working fine yesterday. Now today it's not, the microphone is all static. What do I do?
Run the microphone troubleshooting to see of that resolves the issue.
@@etienne3108 I fixed this. It needed a firmware update from Alienware. After that the problem went away
