Gangseng has committed blunder tongue slip by commenting death threat to our Dalai Lama but officially it's very easy to catch him or sue a legal case against him yet this process is not initiated by group of drungchi's why ? If Penpa tsering has all background information of Gangseng, then its very simple to put the culprit in criminal court than to make unnecessary press conference. This press conference looks like just to blackmail our people inmotionally for the purpose of gaining image to penpa tsering nothing more than that. This tsokchung is lacking technical skills on how to handle sensitive security threat. Indian intelligence, Cid and GoI are far more smarter than us as from every corner they are watching any security threat to Dalai Lama or not, they have all the information. Issues like this should be deal with secretly and not to politicize.
