This video wouldn’t be the same without me expressing how beautiful Fijian people are. Everywhere we went, they’d serenade us with their friendly BULA smiles. They were so accommodating to our needs. Their customer service WAS EXCEPTIONAL!
This is a resort experience that I would highly recommend to anyone! Just based solely on their customer service!

How were you able to get upgraded seats ? I leave to Fiji next month from LAX and was interested in asking about a potential upgrade . Was it upon request ?

Hello there Jacky! We asked when we checked-in, & we were persistent but still did not take the first offer, because it was too expensive, but later they called our name thru intercom, & we went to the counter, they told us they had lowered the price. So we took the discounted offer.
