An interesting walk round a pretty village- & a church that was open! I have noticed that the churches in more built up areas are often the open ones & the ones in the countryside are shut. The weather hasn’t improved in all this time! Thanks Marq!
Very interesting thanks for sharing 👍🏻
You're welcombe.
Many thanks for this. I haven't been to Downe for many years. Never went inside the Church. There are lots of lovely old churches. I went to one a few days ago and it was originally Saxon with lots of eminent people and families buried there.
Thanks, Marq! It was your visit to Down House that introduced me to your channel! Been a subscriber ever since!
Thank you, very much appreciated.
What a lovely place, and Church; I've not heard of it. So interesting a connection with Charles Darwin. A great watch as always Marq ..... but no pub lunch, oh my! 🥰
The Pub Lunch in the next Video Lynn as did two Vlogs on this day.
What a beautiful place - it certainly doesn’t feel like London.
I expect those brasses under the wall may have been under the pews originally…
Yes I think so too Matthew.
The great Nigel Farage lives there .
Apprantly so.
