With the right tools and equipment and the know how you brother make are job look way easier than it is , I feel like I’m falling behind sometimes LOL great video thanks for sharing brother
Very nice analyzer, some states may require a printed report stapled to the service tag on home boiler services. Not sure which ones want that done. Thanks for the video.
The company you work for does a lot of different work. You`ll never get bored because you will have to learn different skills. Enjoyed your last video when you went to Atlanta, Thanks for bringing us along. Keep up the great work!!
Guess that repair was too cheap which means maybe you should charge more. Nothing like doing the same thing that caused the bad thing to happen. Great video Rick!
that exhaust fan should be tied to a makeup air unit or auto-adjust one to bring more air into the building. short of that, maybe install an interlock setup, exhaust on and burner stays off, of course that would need a big red idiot light 🤣
Old cars were calibrated about 1% Co that means 10000ppm. Cars are bad. You can kill you easily sniffling the Exhaust from a car in few minutes but until 100ppm it is Okay. No Co is the best but it is technically out of reach. It is not possible to reach every molecule to combine gas and oxygene.
The kitchen was being used before I tested the burner, the owner forgot it was on but said it won't happen under normal times of operation....Whatever, thats why I added the roll out.
@@HVACRSurvival Sounds fishy. If nothing else, a note on the 'on' switch for the burner that says "Make sure exhaust fan is off" should have been there.
An interlock between the burner and exhaust fan might be a really good idea, if the customer would go for it.

Thanks Stanley, I really appreciate that man, views are down so it's hard to know what's going on. UA-cam's putting it to us all
that analyzer is nice!
Nice analyzer and good vid ... I noticed Testo is very proud of their products $ ... Thx ...
Power flame is a good burner. Nice job Rick! That's a nice combustion analyzer
You da freakin man love your videos brother
Thank you for sharing you knowledge
That 300 is frigging nice. I have an older 320...but its getting a little long in the tooth.
Where I am that draft regulator is required to be able to swing both ways.
Thanks for the video Rick. I were to do that line of work then that looks like a cool piece of equipment.
Whoever is the brewmaster needs a checklist to follow.
That's definetly a smart phone embedded in that machine at 1:40. Maybe a samsung xcover or similar toughened model
likely exactly opposite of that, using a cheapo special

Good deal Rick.
You may have blurred that but i suggest you change that pass code on your tool

👍👍
Fancy analyzer ... Definitely changed the password lol .. wow that's some crazy Switches On the equipment
If Oxygene is rising CO is lovering but if Oxygene is pretty hight you have a loss of energy. 100ppm of CO should be OK.
Normally they want it under 100 but the normal for me has been less than 30

I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but blurring the passcode didn't hide it...
Just what I thought 🤣... like 9751 or similar
@@justme5384 its more like 9781
Why do they insist on running that fan so much when they know it kills their equipment? If nothing else, the fan should be on a timer, or a sensor.
