I don’t think lanning is leaving Oregon to go to Florida. I don’t care who’s blue bloods and who’s not. Florida ain’t competing with Oregon in anything. Recruiting, playing, coaching, etc. I hate to say it but Oregon looks to be here to stay and they ain’t playing. Dan ain’t going nowhere
Graduated from UT, Lifelong Texan here - am I the only one that resents the heck out of Oregon? They have been plucking some of our best players for decades. Tired of this already. I used to wonder why Texas recruits would go to a place like Oregan, good grief. I guess Nike willing to do whatever it takes.
So if we only went after home runs Bobby why didn’t Texas offer at least 10 DT and fill the rest of the list with triple guys? Because now we are in a hole and digging out. Triple guys can learn to hit HR and develop since this position is all about development. Basically we shot ourselves in the foot.
CDC is simply the best in the biz! We are so lucky to have him.
The way the athletes talked about Texas brought tears. Marquis Goodwin was so gracious. Everyone should go listen to them.
