@AiyvenConnor It was supposed to be the opposite, Black Swan with Jing Yuan / Sparkle and Misha with Luocha. However, the theory that IL will have his rerun in 2.0 instead of Luocha could be a possibility too since Sam is very likely to come out in 2.1 and they probably don't want 2 Destruction characters coming out in the same patch (Sam and IL are Destruction units)
while at the same time annoys me because while i was going to get sparkle, one of my goal it to get e2 IL so rip i guess ill have to hold off on e2 for now..
@@CodeTetsu blud this is not genshin. in this game every chest is at minimum 5 stellar jades. that alone makes it 800. there will also be additional puzzle and higher tier of chest which all together can give around 9-11 pulls. Thank you.

Pioneer seems like it's gonna be the best set for Ratio if you can consistently maintain 3+ debuffs and use his skills every turn and have enough EHR to trigger his bonus ability to debuff and get the 100% buff increase. As for the other relic, seems like a niche piece for any sustain/buffers in a team with a DPS that highly scales off of break effect like Xueyi. All around, it's not gonna be Ruan Mei's best set. For now the only situation you would run that set is to buff Xueyi until they release more break effect scaling DPS.
Even if u talk about leaks here u should post the sources and verify the sources The re run banners aren't confirmed yet and no sam is not a weekly boss bcz sam can be fought in moc...weekly bosses don't come in moc

@@mataeus. I got ruan mei off of a early pull due to building pity.. the last dedicated pull I did was Huo Huo. ( jingliu was the half ass that I did before that. I ended up pulling in 60.)
When I pulled for huo huo, I had to use starlights, which costed me around 400.. also, since I posted this, I now have 23k so I have a guaranteed now, rn I’m hoping to get enough for a Sig Lc, due to how broken it is.

DHIL rerun with Sparkle makes sense because those two got that op synergy

Sparkle synergises well with DHIL but one of her traces makes her better for mono quantum with the same element 30% dmg buff
