@@TheSquaretoSpare omg please always include software explanations. Its just as soothing, educational, and interesting to watch those as it is to watch the miniatures created without this technology.
I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to join your chat. That 3D printer tutorial was very clear and thorough. The sink and faucet look great, and even are better since they work perfectly, too. Excellent job, as always, Cath.
This is perfect thank you. I've been debating on getting a 3d printer for a while and it looks like I just HAVE to considering the amount of miniatures I make/use. I'm a huge fan to detail so seeing a working miniature sink is a dream come true haha.
Make sure to do your research, there are 2 main types of 3d printers, it depends on what you want to do for which one you get, I would be glad to help!
Also do your research for safety if you consider a resin printer! Respirator needed with Nitril gloves and better full skin protection, also for the eyes!
I've been looking at 3d printers for 1:6 scale items and I've been feeling very overwhelmed. Thank you for showing us the process and the software. Love your channel
Thank you very much for your wonderful videos. These makes are amazing, your attention to detail is spot on, and your explanation is so clear and concise. I’m a clay sculptor, crafter, artist, plus I teach certain crafts in my spare time, but I’ve just started dolls house and furniture making after a request, and hence building up my tools and equipment. I’ve been trying to find a smallish, starter resin printer and thanks to your guidance (and link), Im sure I’ve found exactly what I want (and need of course😁). I find the UA-cam community so generous in sharing their expertise and talents; so many like yourself are gifted and inspiring. Thank you form the bottom of my heart for sharing your time, energy and enthusiasm. You are generously giving newbies (and no doubt the experienced) help and guidance to take steps into fantastic miniature world. 💕
This was an amazing video to watch. I have to admit the 3D printing is so intimidating. I am afraid I would not be very good at it even after being told it is easy to do.😆
I'm so, so impressed!!! Too bad I don't have a computer, resin or 3d printers 😂 Watching all of your videos for sure!!! I'll think of something with this video as inspiration. Thank you!
Been following your updates on your community posts! Super exciting to see a full video! Thank you for all the love you put in your work this is incredible 🙏❤️
I just started getting into this kind of arts and crafts. I was watching a bunch of Eric's Hobby Workshop before discovering your channel and I love the absolute contrast in the mood and delicacy xD You're both great, but it was kind of unreal
Omg its been a few months since i even entered my craft room with my houses in it because i have a newborn and a toddler LOL im sure you understand (CONGRATULATIONS BTW! ) - And this tutorial is incredible! I debated trying to figure out how to make a working sink in 1:12 scale and i thought there wasnt a pump small enough but MAN THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing the links and tutorials and information! I love your stuff ❤️❤️ you really have me inspired to try and sneak out this room while they are both asleep and maybe try to work on my house >.> (im procrastinating building the counters that will go on the sides of my stove) ! 😂 thank you so much for this!!
It’s amazing to me how technology can make things easier. I mean, twenty years ago the only option for a miniaturist would have to create something would be to make it 100% by hand. Now we can print literally anything. It’s crazy! Awesome, but crazy!
Been looking into different printing for 1:6 scale but definitely love the smooth finish on the one u used for this project think my minds made up on the type ill get. Want the best most detailed house for my project for my girl. I want to make her the house I would have loved to have 😆
OMG! Wow that is beautiful. I wish all those machines were easily accessible in SA. I love making small scale furniture so, I would spend most of my time creating them if I had that 3d printer. You're doing an amazing job Kat.💞💕💗
I bought a resin 3D printer 6 months ago and have not even opened the box yet because I didn't know where to go to create files. I've been on Thingiverse, but couldn't find anything there that I wanted to make so thank you! On my list now.
could you make a video on the plastic melting 3D printer? you said it was more popular so it would be great if you could show some tips or how to on the printer
It's soo cool! I see this kind of 3D printer first time. Insteresting machine. And also the mini worktop is great. You make so big progress since I watched you fot the first time! Congratulations ❤️🥳! Sorry for any mistakes in the sentences 😂😅.
Of course :) You can check out my previous running water sink tutorial where I made one with just ordinary times (condiment container, metal beads, etc)
I would love to see more about the airbrush, I watched this video and bought a 3D printer, wash station, airbrush and paints all because of you 😂and im in love. Do you thin the arteza paints?
I love this! Thank you, thank you for making an understandable turtorial about 3-D printing 🤗 May I ask how much the resin printing and curing machines costs?
I'VE EVER THOUGHT 3D WOULD BE INSALY DIFFICULT (TECHNOLOGY IS NOT MY THING XD) BUT YOU REALLY EXPLAIN VERY WELL AND LOOKS SO EASY! And i never knew about that liquid printer that's shocking! THE MARBLE EFFECT WAS AMAZING AS THE CHROMATIC EFFECT ON THE SINK. It would be so freaking cool see a functional toilet or a bathtub OR A SHOWER OMG THE POSSIBILITIES!✨👄✨
Also, I have been super tempted to get a 3D printer for miniature stuff, but I am hesitant because of the fumes... do you do anything special for ventilation?
Especially thank you for the software lesson!! And this was my first introduction to a liquid resin printer!! OH MY!! The possibilities!!
You're so welcome! I was worried a software lesson would be too boring for a video so I'm ecstatic to hear the positive feedback :)
@@TheSquaretoSpare I've been tinkering with TinkerCad since I watched your video! LOL Saved my monogram as my first .stl file!

That would be cool if you made a strainer too for the sink.
To make something like that up scale the holes would be so small the water wouldn’t drain properly

So cool! If I was sharing this printer with a few people & we wanted to keep our designs private, would we each need our own USB program?
If you have windows you can also go with Microsoft 3d builder it has the slicing feature.

I am interested in the remote control for the pump
Can you give me the link to buy it?
Thank you

How are you able to get the right scale for the 3D print?
