Jackie, what about you? I know you use the vaporfly 3 a lot in training and competitions. But in Hamburg you raced Alphafly 3? What is the reason for this choice and which do you think is better? And congratulations on the victory! You really deserved it!! Hugs, Licio
I love the Vaporfly’s however I like the extra cushioning in the Alphas for a full marathon. Also like that there is no tongue and it’s a nice snug fit.
Hi, this is a threshold run workout so the pace is quicker than I’d race at for any longer race. I don’t train too much at actual race pace for the run. Most runs are 1-2 minutes per mile slower than race pace.
Poor man’s altitude… hahahaha.

Hi Jackie…what do the ketones do? Starting to see a lot of athletes using.
For me they increase focus and seem to give me some extra energy as the workout goes on.
I ordered some and am going to try.
