It’s pretty inexplainable to foreigners… Let’s say that DB derives from SDS and later DSB (party formed by former SDS prime minister Ivan Kostov), yet DB also includes The Greens and a liberal centrist party called Yes, Bulgaria! On the other hand, ISMV is formed by Maya Manolova, former member of BSP, and some very weak parties like D21. To sum up, DB is more or less the urban right and ISMV is therefore the urban left.
We are highly likely to have new elections for the 3rd time due to the lack of consensus with the current parties. ITN won the elections in July 2021 but failed miserably by proposing former NDSV (Tzar Simeon II party) representatives, who are linked to the oligarchs. The interim government is gaining a huge support (Google Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev) as they do not belong to any party. It is complicated to explained proposed by the Bulgarian president Radev, who is anti-oligarch. Luckily, at least we know all almost parties are pro-EU. Amazing video with excellent analysis.
1. Yes, they exist as a separate party and even ran in the last election (and took maybe about 0.4 percent). They running again in todays elections. 2. The former nationalist alliance split because each of the three parties has different goals and ideologies. For example, Ataka is an ultranational russophile party and the NSFB is a conservative right-wing party. And IMRO ran the last elections on their own because they tried to enter parliament alone, but they failed.
French electoral system ftw! Hopefully with time more European countries will start adopting it instead of PR, these government crises have gotten beyond ridiculous in recent years.
Most countries have stable majorities. Bulgaria is a special case because a number of the parties are corrupt. If parties can't form a government there should be one with them in it...
Bulgarian patriots is probably the most corrupt coalition(they were the junior partner of GERB for the last 4 years). BSP and BP could hardly get 20% together.
Very good video, excellent editing, good explanation, very correct information, and very well laid out.
Amazing video, so educational
Still don't get why ISMV and DB need to be two different lists.

This year we have had the most elections out of any country this year
Where is Revival?
Are you going to make a video about the German Federal elections?
Two things i am wondering.
1. Is Attack running in these elections??
2. and why didn't the former nationalist alliance fail??.

@VENIAMIN NEOFYTIDIS I think he means about the patriotic coalition between VMRO-NFSB-Ataka for the elections in 2017.
@@НиколайАтанасов-к7р yes you are right then . Back then the coalition was dissolved
Why should the nationalist fail ?
Revival Party?
Wtf this is confusing as hell
As a Bulgarian, it is even more confusing for me.
Yeah that’s Bulgaria for you
Fun fact: Bulgaria is the only country with a party that isn't Bulgarian
What about Macedonia? They have 3 Albanian parties and are the leadimg coalition of Parliament... Do your research
Uhul

It would be based if BSP the socialist party forms a govt with the Bulgarian Patriots. Pro People and Pro Nation, Win-Win.

If you want we can go back to Communism as well with ur suggestion where corruption was on rampage
Socialist are the most corrupt of all
So basically socialism with corruption,
@@matte4293 if we deal with corruption first and ensure a good government that wont be conteoled by corporationsa and fool people with tolerance
