    Would love to hear more about the 99 classification. Working on a shipment from china and I dont understand why its not classified different. Being charged 30% of value of the shipment

      Hi Kamran! There are items that are provided for ease of reference only, and those are: table of contents, alphabetical index, the titles to sections, chapters, and subchapters, the 10-digit statistical reporting numbers, the statistical annotations, units of quantity, footnotes, chapter statistical notes, and the explanatory notes.
