I usually don't like music videos (per sé)
I find them pointless and silly most of the time.
I prefer live videos. 😎
I can even get into cinematic, theatrical performances, no problem.
Love that stuff too.
But.
1. I was (obviously) kidding
2. I like the music, allot.
3. I'm glad you realized #1.
These things are not the end all be all when it comes to Extreme metal.
What matters most in metal is, the music.
Everything else comes after the music.
Style / aesthetics second ..
I like this music, I give the band etc points for creativity; even if the video is a bit silly.
I get it, I really do.
but for me, it's all about the music.. 😎

The visual aspects are quite disturbing and excellent. I was hoping for a little more rawness from the music.

Lots of production went into the video. Very..., fashionable.Trying to think of something good to say. The bulk of the budget that went into the costumes makes it seem as though they're trying to distract the listener from the music; which is run-of-the-mill at best. Not one of my favorites musically but they do make high end videos.
I can tell this video was inspired by Behemoth's recent clips
