I put my wax melt containers in the microwave and microwave for 30 seconds. It doesn’t melt the wax but it warms it just enough and I take a spoon and it pops right out in one piece so you can change it immediately. Instead of waiting for the freezer.
I broke my toe in my left foot a few weeks before a trip to see my grandparents. I fell down some wooden stairs at a friends house 🤦🏻♀️. I just completely missed the last step. I was so annoyed with myself bc how silly of me!! Bruised my back n arms pretty good too. It hurt to move and was so frustrating! Took a a solid week for body to feel better. Toe was tender but with a wrap it was good in about 4-6weeks! I am 23 and had also never broken anything before. Each day it gets a little better! The rollercoaster ride of emotions is so real! I was the same. You’re not alone! This is hard but it’s not impossible!! You will get better before you know it!! I hope it heals quickly n you feel better soon!! You got this!! 🫶🏼
Why don't you rent a wheel chair for traveling? You may need it??? You can check it on in your flight.... That way your not suffering in Europe end up aggravating the fracture more, Europe has cobblestone streets and it's not flat in Europe! Rent a wheel chair for the trip... It will help you so much !! Walk where you can, have Zane push you on long stretches. Those cobblestone streets in Europe will be harsh on a fracture. It may aggravate it. That way you won't miss out.. God Bless ,🙏

Would be best to get your ankle re X-rays to make sure fracture is healed because of not and you walk on it a lot, can make it worse. Best bet to get it casted or a boot.
