That chicken divan recipe is so interesting to me because it's very different than the chicken divan recipe I grew up knowing. I was like, "Where's the limon juice? Where's the curry powder that gives it that middle eastern zing?" Lol, I had no idea there was more than one way to make it. 😂 Also the recipe we have is way easier as like you said in the video; instead of making the sauce in a pan, it just uses a can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken and once the broccoli is steamed and the chicken (or turkey!) is cooked; you just dump it all in a buttered casserole dish and bake it in the oven. I can't imagine the flavor profile without the lemon and curry so I have no idea what the difference in taste would be. The mix of cheeses also made me raise an eyebrow as I'm used to only putting grated cheese on the top. Also highly recommend adding slivered almonds to the bread crumbs for the topping. This dish is literally my favorite deep dish casserole and is so easy and quick to make! We pair ours with brown rice. Always a crowd pleaser. ☺️

You should get a shark robot vacuum. It helps me so much, especially with 4 animals 🩵
Ok the Good American brand of flavored waters are the BEST ones. I love pretty much every flavor I have tried from them. I just personally feel like they’re the only flavored waters with an actual flavor. They also have ones that come in a 1 liter bottle with even more flavor options than the cans because those tend to be limited options. I recommend trying some of the others.

Your cats wanting wet food as soon as you took their dishes out of the dishwasher reminded me of our Blossom. Everytime I go into the kitchen, no matter why, she thinks I'm going to feed her. I keep telling her she'll end up a podgy house panther if I give a full meal each time. So to compromise she gets 1/3 of a meal each time. Anyway it's Winter here and this one is a cold one and we have no heating.

Hi there! The biggest thing when making creamy dishes is using actual dairy! Almond milk while is a great substitute for you, will not have the same results as milk, heavy cream etc.

Central air kind of sucks on upper floors from my experience. My living room and basement are freezing and the upstairs barely get cold. . . They get to 72 if I'm lucky.

To achieve a creamy sauce using almond milk isnt a good idea, it has to much water and no fat so the cheese will not became an emulsion with the milk
