Hi Chakits! Luv TB, but that nex gen is missing a w/d, frig, etc. Don't like that entry into bdrm either! Lennar' s nexgen much better. TB beats everyone else on quality, layout of windows, so you're not always eyeing neighbors, etc!! Maybe that next gen can be altered. 🥰 Thanks for the tour❣️

Chakits, I don't like the room being the first you see from the next-gen, however, I believe the design was based off from coming in from the outside door and coming into the living room as opposed to coming from the inside of the house, because then, it would be weird the other way around where you come in from the outside door and entering straight to your bedroom, right?

Nice Toll Brothers home but there a some things I need to nitpick. Seeing the dining room table when coming inside of the front entry is an eye sore. The pantry is way too small. The secondary bedrooms are stock and standard as you state. No real wow factors there. The primary bedroom is nice but I think the spa like shower should've included a bench. My eye went to the stairs right before you commented on how it the staircase was not finished. I was surprised to see that in a Toll Brothers home. The next gen layout could be better. It was a bit disappointing. Great presentation, Chakits.

Looks like all the planning went towards the next gen suite and the primary with the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms getting the shaft with very little space and no walk-in closets.

@@chakits1no it’s morally depend on the architect/designer. Being an architect/engineer for over 45 years, I’ve seen a lot of flaws with the designs in today’s home building industry.
