But is all the money i have to pay is the premium which will be some 3k...even if it goes to 0, my loss is 3k only. Whereas to sell a similar option, i need to cough up atleast 1.5 lakh....and if market moves big....i end up losing not only the 1.5L but maybe even 10L or 20L depending on how big the move is..
