22:50 Nifty bees is a safe investment especially when market goes too down. One can also pledge it for margin if required.
26:11 Bank nifty weekly doesn't move more than 5% on a close-to-close basis 94% of the times. Picking strike prices 2000 Rs above and below current price of bank nifty to sell is a sensible strategy
27:20 High value iron condor
34:00 picking -25 PutDelta and +25 CallDelta strike prices to sell options for ironcondor+ifly

Excellent ! Also my observation is we can combine shorts strangle ( or iron condor) with collar before 5 week of expiry. This strategy can give us almost 4-5k points wide range for Banknifty (1 standard deviation)
In simple words 1sd means market can remain 75% of the time within 1 standard deviation.

Couple of observations
1. When call spread or put spread goes deep ITM due to one side movement by market, getting margin call issues (once spread is in deep ITM) couldn't exit also due to liquidity issues (tried 2021 budget month in stockmock and got margin call issues, could happen in case of a black swan event also)
2. When IV expands at the time of converting iron condor to iron fly, if we need to maintain same premium as other leg, we might end up creating a ITM iron condor which also gives margin calls, and if we try to limit it to iron fly, max loss will not be controlled to half. (Happened in 2021 budget month can happen at the time of black swan event as well)
you have not seen the video properly, he told not to trade in budget month and take loss if BN is swinging more than 5%
go for calendar spread during budget month

Dear Vivek sir,
Only 1 thing to correct in this video is , While adjusting & rolling the positions first buy the close strike lots - then only close the far hedge buy positions
For those Who doesn't have enough capital- If we do as said in video ,eg : 5 lots will become nacked sell ( after closing the buy positions) & peak margin penalty will be huge , also broker will ask to infuse money to create hedge again 😄😄 I hope it's correct way !!!
Go for new buy first and close old buy...
Incase ..by mistake ..... someone exited the hedge strike first before adding new buy hedge strike .....
As margin will increase and broker calls ...
Just exit the sell strike too ......and then ...buy the new hedge strike ...and again enter the sell strike ...
No need to panic.
That's why he used half capital only 2.5lakh of total 5 lakhs.
He said total capital is 5lakh and we will deploy strategy with half that is 2.3lakh ..... So no problem
Thetagainer and Optionflavour are the best channels for option strategy. I do iron condors regularly. I exit 2% profit and redeploy. My SL or exit is the 1sd movement of the underlying . Overnight max loss is below 5%. Max. 5% or more loss means 2SD movement or 1500 point gap up or down.

Reyaansh is really genuine person, he will explain until you understand, because of him i learn a lot from him . Recently he was not well and we missed him a lot . But now back and we welcome him, He knows what normal retailer do and how to improve it . His videos are excellent . So many people don't understand why we should need an extra 2.5L in the account. This is mainly because we are adjusting the Buy position for Limiting the Loss. As we are exiting the Buy position and the Sell Option becomes naked then Broker will ask for more margin. If the Margin is not available then you should pay some penalty to the broker.
If you want to implement this trade setup then It's better to do 1 lot per one lakh capital. So that you don't need to pay any penalty.

@@sanjeevranjan5061 yes but it will increase your risk since 4% of 3L is 12k which will be your portfolio stop loss, I suggest at least using a capital of 4 Lakhs.
Great to see you back on screen Reyansh ! In the simulation you've used a very volatile month but in case of a sideways market should the plan be to keep moving the hedges of the IC inside on a weekly basis to keep reducing the max loss exposure ...
